The nursing staff and social worker took fantastic care of my Mother in Law. They were very kind and patient with her. She was significantly under weight upon her arrival and they were able to get her to eat, and gain weight. The therapies they provided helped her to gain strength and she became more steady on her feet. The rooms are decorated to suit each individual resident, and the the patients participate in Art projects that are displayed through out the center. I would highly recommend this facility as they are experts in caring for loved ones with dementia, including those that have behaviors. They cared for my Mother-in-law like she was their own family. She laughed and smiled more during her time there, than she had for many months prior.

We liked Extended Care Hospital Westminster because they had 5 stars in their rating. I liked the rooms, the people, and the staff, but Mom did not qualify for skilled nursing. The rooms were hospital-like.
