What we offer:

Independent Living

Independent Living is a retirement lifestyle suitable for active and independent seniors. Freedom from daily chores and worries about home maintenance are two primary reasons for this choice, as meals, housekeeping, laundry, and around the clock security are all provided within the monthly rental fee. Socialization is actually the most frequently sited reason for choosing this option. Opportunities for social engagement and a rich menu of daily activities offer a day full and active or leisurely and relaxed.

Assisted Living

Assisted Living includes all of the above services and amenities, and is ideal for those who need assistance with certain activities of daily living - including bathing, eating, dressing and medication management - but are not in need of skilled nursing care.

Respite stays

Respite stays are short-term overnight or daytime visits for single or multiple days. Respite stays fill a variety of needs, including hospital recovery, vacation and seasonal stays, home based caregiver relief, or "test drives" for seniors considering a permanent move to senior living.

I visited this facility

Acacia Villas was unprofessional. They had medical techs who looked like they were still going to school. They weren’t good at transferring patients from their beds to their wheelchairs because they didn't use their transfer belts. The facility didn't smell good and they didn't give the residents a choice of where to sit at dinner time, which was awful, because what if you didn't want to sit next to that person? It's also dark and very gloomy. They need to have somebody who is a little bit professional to show people around, not just their little local secretary. They also have to have somebody at least on call if something happens, but they said they were just going to call an ambulance. It just wasn't conducive. The rooms were smaller and looked like they needed painting. It was rundown and needed some care.

I visited this facility

Acacia Villas was very crowded, busy, and noisy. They had apartments with 1 bedroom or 2 and a single room that's more like a studio, and it's a wide open place for a bed and a small little kitchen area. The residents seemed happy, but the place was a little bit distractive with all the stuff going on. There wasn't a lobby or an area for the residents just to sit. There weren't a lot of grounds around it, so it pretty much sits close to the streets on the front and the back of the parking lot, and it's on a corner on two fairly busy streets. They should have more space for activities and visitors, and for the rooms, they can make a little divider area for the bed because it?s just a big square room that's not set up at all. It's like a nursing home room, but the people are very nice and did a good job with me. They took me around and showed me around, and they were very helpful.

I visited this facility

Acacia Villas was very nice, and I thought it was very good for my friend because it's smaller. The pricing was very decent, and the people were very nice. They kind of cater to Koreans and were upfront about that. I thought it was really homey and liked the way that it’s setup.

Acacia Villas didn’t seem clean nor organized. The lady that gave us a tour wasn’t well informed about the facility. They had a beauty parlor, dining area, and TV room.

I am a friend or relative of a resident

I have my brother in Acacia Villas in Fullerton. They're very clean and very caring. It's a very nice facility, and they call everybody by their first names. It's tough for them to cook for everybody, but the food is good.

I liked everything in Acacia Villas. My in-laws are there, and they have had excellent care and excellent food. They really have nice rooms and stuff. The staff is also wonderful, and the place is very clean. My mom has been living there until now. They have Wii bowling, Bingo, excursions, exercise classes, they have social groups, and they bring in a lot of entertainment. They have two really nice parties a year. I have already recommended this place to others.
