The facility is built on a 3-acre parcel that's fenced for added security. All the residents' bedrooms are built with functionality in mind, and they can accommodate seniors using wheelchairs, walkers or a totally ambulatory individual. Each bedroom has a private bathroom with a shower and is designed to offer privacy and safety. Staff is available to assist with personal care and laundry and linen service. A registered nurse and physician are present among the staff.

Amenities provided include three meals plus two snacks daily, and residents with special dietary needs can be accommodated.
