My dad was a resident of Cypress Court. They were super friendly. The facility was older, but it's super clean, and the people were incredibly gracious. They had somebody to come and help, no matter what you needed, to hang pictures on the wall, or to fix the TV that went out, or to teach you how to use the microwave again. The facility was not a new building, it was like 25 or 30 years old. They had quite a few activities. They have something going on every day. I don't know if it was all wonderful, but they have a selection. I never ate there, but Daddy never had a meal he didn't like. He loved it.

We visited Cypress Court but it's not for us. We wanted something more like a cottage, and not a high rise with elevators like this one. I thought the rooms were small. The staff was very nice and polite. Compared to the other place we saw, I would say that the activities here are not quite up to par. They also have the same kind of amenities, but they were a little smaller in this one. They have a lovely big courtyard, it's very nice. It's just that we don't want to be in an apartment living like this. They do plenty of amenities and they do everything, we had no problems with that one. Overall, the building was in good shape. The rooms that we saw were being renovated because they got vacated.

Cypress Court is a 5-star for me. It's the one I'm considering for myself. The few staff that I saw were very good, they're excellent in meeting new people coming in and so forth. They're very, very friendly, and that's important. I liked the apartment and the brightness of it. I also saw their dining area and it was pretty bright too. I liked it. They had a library, beauty shop, and they do art classes too. The facility is very well-kept and very clean.

Cypress Court was the most economical option. It was also very nice with a very pleasant environment and staff. The rooms were very lovely. They had balconies and a lovely courtyard that's very large. The layout was very easy to maneuver. They had a wonderful library and an art room, too.

Cypress Court looks like a very nice place and the people were very nice. The facilities were active. We toured all of the outsides and inside, and we saw where they have their movies and the library. The staff members are very nice.

I toured Cypress Court. It's top-notch, very friendly, very clean, with good food, and a very helpful staff. The residents are very friendly, they have a lot of activities, but it didn't go to any of them. They have a library and chapel. They have a lot of parking, as well as underground parking in the basement.

I absolutely love Cypress Court. My husband lives there now after living at another assisted living facility (which was also wonderful). He prefers Cypress because the energy there is always positive and active. Beautiful grounds, wonderful and helpful staff, great food, lovely apartment. Couldn't ask for more. We feel extremely fortunate to have found Cypress.

We went to Cypress Court. It was a good property. They offered the same amenities, e.g., laundry and housecleaning. It was very clean. They have lots of activities like bus tours, outings at least a couple of times a month to different place and different activities. They have a card room and a beauty shop.

We really needed a place quickly and Cypress Court just happen to have a 1-bedroom apartment available. We had had two different people tell us that they had family who had lived there who liked it and then when I visiting there with my friend, who was needing assisted living, I met a person that I was familiar with his son and he had been there for about 10 years, so it came with really good hands on people going. My mom likes it, my dad likes it, so that was part of it. The atmosphere was very positive and the person who showed us the apartment, who followed up with all the paperwork, the person who made it. What made our experience a little different was that my friend who needed that, money wasn’t a big obstacle. Literally, from looking at getting in was like a week. That made the process a lot easier. She liked the fact that everybody is so nice and then one night she didn’t show up for dinner because she had to dinner with a friend. At 7:30 that evening they checked on her to make sure she was OK. The following morning she forgot to punch the little button to tell them that she wasn’t going to breakfast then there was somebody in her door around 9 o’clock saying are you OK, we are just checking. So that was hugely comforting. She told me the other day that she went to some kind of a chair exercise class and then they have all kinds of things like bingo, bus trips, they have different things that they could join in. They have a laundry as they have two beautiful washing machines and she is doing her own laundry. The equipment and laundry was up to her standards.

Cypress Court was very nice. The visit went very well, but I just happened to like the other facility I saw better. The apartments were very nice, the bedroom and living room were a little smaller, and the kitchen was bigger.

I am in Cypress Court, and I like the fact that they clean for me, cook for me, and all of the good things. I have an apartment with a living room, a full kitchen, a bedroom, a bath, and three closets. The food is great. We have three choices for each meal for the main dish, there is another menu, and we can order from that menu if we prefer to. The sanitation is excellent. Everybody knows the residents' names. They are very personable and very helpful. I am very happy there.

I moved my grandmother into Cypress Court. They had the biggest courtyard and she wanted to be outdoors a lot. That everybody ate together, she likes the social situation and there's a giant, nice looking restaurant that they have for meals, which is open from 7am to 7pm, but they also have fixed dining as well and a lot of activities. They have card tournaments, Bingo, and board games. They have a choir, movie nights, Wii, a little bowling area, art classes, and clothing club. She has a one-bedroom apartment; smaller than what I would live in, but she didn't really care. So far, I have no complaints. The neighborhood is a little shabby, I wish it was nicer.
