My aunt stayed at Garden View Care Center for rehab. It's fine for me. The layout and the amenities were OK. The cleanliness was fine. It was COVID season, and I didn't hear any complaints from my aunt about the staff. For me, the staff was OK. They were able to handle my aunt's situation at that time. I went there during the holidays. They had activities on Halloween and Christmas. I didn't see their meals, but my aunt didn't complain, and she's really a complainer. They had bingo and activities on St. Patrick's.

My mother-in-law is in Garden View Post-Acute Rehab. So far, they have given her excellent care and they take care of her very well; they're very good. They answer your questions, and they're on it. The meals are quite good. Her room is clean and well taken care of. They have in rehab there, which is good. She gets rehab twice a day for five days. Most of them don't even do that. The physical therapy and the nursing staff are really good. They have a nice exercise room and a nice courtyard. I feel really good; I have not had any bad experiences when I visit. If my mom needs something, I just call them, and they come right out. They have a nice-sized game room, they have TVs, and they have movies. You're getting rehab and you're getting excellent care.

My father-in-law was in rehab at Garden View. They were very nice. The only complaint I had was that my father-in-law has COPD, and that condition requires inhalers, and when he was released, the Garden View sent a prescription to the pharmacy, but the doctor who made the recommendation went on vacation, so the pharmacy could not fill the prescription, and it took us more than a week to get those medications. If it was the fault of the doctor who was supposed to handle it, I don't know. The pharmacy was calling every day, we were calling every day, and I called Garden View because the nurses know the doctors and they work with them, but we didn't get anywhere until the doctor came back from his vacation. And this was our only complaint. The staff was very nice, and my father-in-law liked it there. They took good care of him. They had a workout room for the rehab, they would bring him his meals in the room that he was stayingin , and he stayed in the room with another patient. It was two people to a room, and it was OK. It was very nice looking from the outside.
