I was a resident at this facility I lived there a few months things I needed to be fixed never got fixed and I addressed to the administrator of the facility named Gil he never answered my requests I got sick ended up in the hospital and they sent me to the hospital with just a sleeping gown only. they did it allow me to return to the facility and They kept my TV and my things that I only have and I still don’t have my belongings till this day I have called them many of times to get my things back and they still do not answer my call I will just have to report them to someone I definitely not Recommend this place to anyone This place is very unprofessional .

Arcadia Retirement Village was very nice. The staff was very nice. The rooms were like studios. I saw a library. The property was a little dark, but they're very pleasant.

Arcadia Retirement Village are OK. I can't say it's great, but it's a nice and good enough place. The apartments are nice, spacious, clean, comfy, and home-like. The food is OK, but it's not the greatest, like hospital food. The dining room is nice and comfy. The staff are nice people, and the activities are nice. This is almost second to home.

My tour of the Arcadia Retirement Village was excellent. I would not be inclined to go there because they were medically orientated rather than socially orientated. The staff was very nice, and the rooms were very nice with large closets. I liked the fact that they were close to shopping and restaurants. All of the rooms were wheelchair accessible, which was very important. I didn’t like the fact that you had to pay for your coffee. It used to be a hotel, so they had one-bedrooms, but most of them were studios.

The only one we saw was Arcadia Retirement Village. Everything was nice. I was expecting more Asian people, but there weren’t that many Asian people even though they said there was a pretty good percentage of Asians there. They had nice rooms that were big, spacious, and had hardwood floors. It seemed pretty nice overall, and I would give them a nice rating. The dining hall was really nice and restaurant-style.

My father lives there and he dosent like it. The people who live there are friendly but they don't have enough staff to accommodate all the people living there. They let go all the help we knew when the new people took over and I don't feel comfortable with that. They don't have enough PC's to take of all the people. No registered nurse on duty in fact no nurses at all or doctor if you need one. The dining room is to crowded and the people have to wait forever to be served. The food is always cold. The price is good but that's about all.

Arcadia Retirement Village is very nice. We like the surroundings and it’s an area where it’s convenient to walk to the drugstore or to the market.

The people at Arcadia were very nice. We just didn’t like the atmosphere. The apartments were big, but it just didn’t feel right for us. The staff was very casual, nice, and thorough. The price was good, but I didn’t like the community itself. I didn’t feel good in that place.

I liked the rooms at Arcadia Retirement Village. They were a little larger than some of the others that I looked at, and I think they would meet my needs. All the people I met were very nice.

Overall, we are happy that we chose Arcadia Retirement Village. They charge very reasonably compared to other places I've visited. I think we made a good choice for my mom. If you walk into the bathroom, they have handles. There is an intercom in the room for emergencies. In their kitchen, even if it's late at night, if she wants something, they will try and accommodate. They provided fruits in the facility. The staff at the front desk is friendly and really nice. They taught my mom how to use a smartphone, and I am really happy with that. They have a library and media room where they can watch TV together, and they have craft stores and craft classes.

We like the caregivers, the facility itself, the dining room, the location, and the price. The staff are very attentive and caring. It's just not a job for them; they really care about the residents. I have eaten there, and the food was good. The rooms at Arcadia are very spacious. When you look at the activity calendar, there are quite a bit of activities, but my grandmother is not able to participate in any of those. They take them to stores, doctors, and on different outings. There's a bathroom in the lobby for guests that is in need of repair and can use some updating. They need to increase the caregivers. They're short on staff.

We chose Arcadia Retirement Village for my parents because of how it looked. The staff seems to be responsive to most of your needs. They have a helpful staff. Like, if you ask them to check on something, they would. The rooms look comfortable. They could be bigger, but they're comfortable. They have board games for the folks. My parents said they're going to some local excursions that would take them on shopping trips. The dining room is a nice size and spacious. One of the reasons overall why we chose them is the cleanliness of the place. I like the cleanliness of it.
