The cost of assisted living has risen due to inflation across the United States, and Las Vegas is no exception. Seniors in Las Vegas can expect to pay about 16.5% more in 2024 than they did in 2022 for assisted living services, an increase in line with the national average. The Division of Health’s Bureau of Health Care Quality and Compliance is responsible for regulating, monitoring and licensing assisted living facilities in Nevada. - Las Vegas has an average cost of living index of 111.6, which is a little above the state figure of 110.5 and the national index of 100.
