My mother is here. They're doing a good job. Considering what's going on with coronavirus, they have taken extra precautions. From what I've seen, I'm happy. It is going to be an adjustment for my mother as she went from a larger home to a shared assisted living. It is going as well as it can be. They have activities. They have outings, happy hour and entertainment, and daily bingo, but my mother is not interested in doing much of anything. They have a movie once a week. They have a room that they have closed off for special movies. They have plenty of options there. The food is good. Also the place is only 2 years old. It is very clean and it doesn't smell or feel like a nursing home.

Vineyard Park of Surprise was nice. The place was very beautiful. Colette was great. She was very nice and very thorough. She did a great job. The tour was good. The architecture of the whole building was very, very pretty. The rooms were very generously sized. They had an apartment-sized refrigerator and they had a nice-sized sink, not a bar sink. It looked like they had a fair amount of activities. The other thing that I liked was they had doors to go outside. They had a lot of green things so that you could go out there. It was beautiful. There's a beauty shop. They have doctors. They have trips to the grocery store. It's very nicely done.

Vineyard Park of Surprise was inviting. They had seasonal decorations and the staff was really friendly. We saw a few different rooms. They were all clean and good-sized. We didn't taste any of the food. We walked past the dining area, but we didn't get too involved because they had already cleaned up their lunch. We didn't see many activities, I guess, because it was Saturday afternoon and the only residents that we saw were in the memory care area, so I couldn't say what the other residents were doing. The staff during the tour was very friendly, down to earth, and knowledgeable about the things that were going on.

I saw Vineyard Park of Surprise. They had an apartment with a nice big living room in it, so that was very nice. They had an area where you could do your own wash or have them do it. The lady that gave me the tour was absolutely wonderful and she introduced me to a coordinator. Two ladies sitting there were playing a game. They gave me a menu and they offered me to come back and have a meal with them, but I said no because it's not that easy for me. Their area is very congested. It's got a Hilton Hotel across the street and all around on all sides is being built up with apartments or condos that are more than one story that go up, so it's like you're in a congested little shell, and that did not make me feel good. The facility was very nice.

I thought it was very good. I thought it was a very comfortable environment. It was definitely comparable to other facilities I had looked at. I was happy with them. They're actually one of my front runners. I toured their assisted living. We walked through the dining area, and it was open and clean. They didn't have any activities going on while I was there, but I know they do have them. They had a social hour, bingo, and things like that. They had doors that opened up out to the garden area, which I thought was nice.

We got to tour, and we loved it. It was beautiful, new, and friendly, and I love the room. It was immaculate. They have all the amenities that the other ones do, too. For what we needed, the room was perfect. The guy that took us around was very nice, very friendly, and helpful.

I toured, and we were looking for assisted living graduating into memory care. It was very clean and for all practical purposes, it looked like it was very well laid out. They had a really nice dining room and a nice kind of a community-type room where you can come, visit, and bring family over to see your loved ones. That's actually kind of cool. The staff was super nice, really helpful, and informative. He's going to send me some contacts for a VA Aid and Attendance person that he knows personally, and I thought that was pretty nice. I saw a bunch of them sitting around doing maybe a book club or something; I'm not sure what they were talking about. I didn't get to observe any activities because I wasn't really there that long. I like the place; I really do. I think it's a little far for me. They have a sister facility that I might go take a look at. I saw some courtyards and some nice outdoor spaces.

My overall tour was excellent. The gentleman in there was really nice. I put down a deposit and we got an apartment picked out for us, so we're all ready to go. They're really nice. We like that place the best. Everything there was excellent. We're very satisfied. We saw people in the dining area and they said everything was excellent. Cleanliness was excellent, too. We also like the floor plan and the apartment, which was very nice. We were able to secure a courtyard view, so I think my aunt will be totally satisfied with it.

My dad is here. We're very pleased with the staff and facilities. They're doing an excellent job. They get to know everybody in the facility and entertain them. Everything is top notch. My dad is in a one-bedroom apartment with a little kitchenette. There's no swimming pool but there's an exercise room and a small library.
