I had a family member at the facility for over a year during COVID quarantine. Her room was at the end of the hall which was fine because she was one of the few non-memory patients there. She was there until her death a few months ago which was not unexpected because she went onto hospice while at Loving Hearts. I had no issues dealing with the staff but she didn't want to leave the room because she had a difficult time moving. They stopped a lot of the exercise and other activities while she was there because of COVID. The food was standard home-food: macaroni and cheese, stew, etc - and it was healthy. The manager, Moses, was excellent and a great caregiver but there is only one of him to go around. They brought in aides from other countries for 6 months at a time and then cycled them out. Some of the aides were great and others not so great. I watched some of the aides sit on the couch and watch tv while patients were calling out or needed something. There were times that she needed to be changed and had to sit and be patient. There were 2 aides and there were times that they were both busy with other patients so she waited. It was a beautiful facility, clean and she was well taken care of - much better than the facility she was in before. They were very accommodating to me because I came in from out of town and had limited time to see her. I wouldn't hesitate to put a family member there but if I had to do it again, I would insist my family member speak up a little more because we were paying a lot of money and she deserved to feel comfortable.

I have lived at Loving Hearts for awhile. When I first arrived I was very scared. The staff welcomed me and made me feel at home right away. .The house looks really nice and smells good. The food they serve is delicious. We always have fun and do a lot of activities. I am treated with dignity and respect. I couldn't ask for more. Thank you to the staff for caring for me! They are an A+ team.

Our dad was a resident at Loving Hearts and he was taken care of extremely well. When we had our tour they treated us just like family! The staff at the house were some of the best people. Our dad loved them. We consider them family at this point. The room he had was very spacious. The house was always clean and disinfected. The interaction our dad had with the staff and other residents was so good for him. He especially loved the activities. The would do arts & crafts, he especially loved the singer that would come. The exercising they did kept him up & going. The backyard was gorgeous. He loved siting outside and watching all the birds. He raved about the food all the time! We would offer to bring him stuff and he would always say NO! The food here is scrumptious. :) My dad went there on Hospice. He was only expected to live a few months. We got almost a year more with him. I truly believe that is because of the staff at Loving Hearts. He got a second chance at life. We will always be grateful for the care they showed our dad. As well as the compassion they showed us. If you are looking for a home for your loved ones this is the place!

Almost 3 years ago my Dad was in hospice and they are who we chose to take of him during his end of life. While he was only there for a short while, they took care of our every need while we were with them. The owner is very responsive to questions and suggestions about loved one's care. She has great staff on site as well, they were very well equipped to deal with how his care changed for the duration of his stay. I visited often and I liked that they held events with visiting families for Christmas & New Year's (Pre-COVID), not mention they are CLEAN. Bedrooms are spacious and private for each patient.

Loving Heart Residences was a terrible facility. The initial interview we had with them and the tour were nice. It seemed to me what we needed, and it appeared fine then. After that and even after my father's death, we're having a lot of issues with them, withholding money, and they kept his wheelchair. Even during the time he was there, he fell down and nobody was watching him. He developed respiratory issues while he was there. The staff took care of him okay, and they appeared fine until the end. I don't know why they would allow him to fall when we were told certain preventative measures were being taken, and they were not. We were very cautious after that. It's a large home, and he had a large and very spacious bedroom. They had three meals, and he never complained of the food. It was very expensive. We're going to court against them.
