I'm moving into Fellowship Square Surprise. All of the ones we looked at, except for this one and another one, didn't even have microwaves in the kitchens. We have friends who've lived there for a while, and it has 1,070 square feet for a two-bedroom, two-bath. It's been open for six years and we went when they first had their first open house. We've been very, very impressed with everything. We've signed a lease and we're going over there and having our meals. They have a full-sized kitchen and a full-sized washer and dryer. They have a ton of things to offer. They have bocce, all kinds of card games, a pool, card rooms, a beautiful library, a great fitness area with machines, and they have a therapist to help you, and there's no extra charge for that. Everybody's smiling and talking to you. The waitress tonight at dinner said, "You're just going to love it here. It's wonderful." Everything is so clean. The restrooms are very, very clean. Everything about it is wonderful.

We toured Fellowship Square Surprise. It was very well-kept and clean. The personnel were very friendly. The sales representative was very helpful and knowledgeable about the community, and they took us all around. There were two dining areas, and we saw both of them. We saw the pool area, activities areas, and the courtyard. She took us to an available apartment to see what that was like. We did look at the menu for the day and the week. It was incredible, and there were lots of options.

I have visited Fellowship Square Surprise. They have graded care. People can come in and just rent an apartment or a studio apartment. and as they need more care, they have other areas within the facility where that care can increase. I noticed that the employees seemed very happy. They were very friendly. They had two dining rooms, one more informal, the other more formal. Everyone spoke very well of the food. The apartments that we have been in were very well done. It's a pretty new facility, ...

Fellowship Square Surprise was new and it was more affordable than some of the other nice ones that we saw. We had lunch there, and we thought the food was good. It was very good quality and we enjoyed it very much. They had some rooms that were handicap accessible. We went into some of the rooms where they have classes, and we looked at the room where they have all of their exercise equipment. All of the areas that we looked at were really nice and well-stocked.

I went to visit Fellowship Square Surprise, and I liked the appearance and the feel. You actually saw people talking, visiting, and congregating. The place itself and the room that I saw were really clean. The staff that I met with during my tour, Jodie, was great. She was very accommodating. She answered any questions. The residents all knew her. Anybody that passed her, knew her. We looked at the dining room. It was very clean and organized. The residents that we talked to loved the fo...

I toured Fellowship Square Surprise. The whole atmosphere there was bright and cheerful. It just gave you a really nice feeling. It was very inviting. The staff members were excellent. They were very nice. They answered all our questions. I looked at a two-bedroom, two-bath and a one-bedroom. They were a little bit smaller than the ones at the other place, but they were nice. The common dining area was very nice and large. I saw some residents making some crafts. They have plenty of activiti...

Fellowship Square Surprise was a brand-new facility and it was faith-based. The prices were reasonable. The staff was knowledgeable to answer questions and I was satisfied even with the minimal interaction I had with them. The facility was just a couple of years old, so it was new and bright. The residents seemed to be engaged in the areas that I saw. I had a good impression of the place. At the time I was there, it was like Cinco De Mayo. So, they had decorations for that. And I happened to see...

Fellowship Square Surprise was very nice and very reasonable. They give you like 25 points for meals, so you can use them as you wish. The food was okay, but some people didn't like it. They have housekeeping and activities

My father-in-law is in Fellowship Square Surprise. He's in independent living in that facility and he's going to continue up until he starts declining, and then we're going to go ahead and move him to assisted living and then after a while, we're going to go ahead and do the memory care in the same facility. He had some friends at the Fellowship Square, so he decided to just stay there and stay with the people that he's familiar with. That was the biggest reason for staying in Arizona, plus he l...

My mom lived in Fellowship Square Surprise and it's been a good experience. They're very good there and the staff is friendly and nice. The food is good, I've tasted the food and there's a lot of selections. They have fitness classes either in person or you could meet over the TV, they have a beautiful pool, gym, playing rooms and theater. It's new, the size of her 2-bedroom apartment is large. It's a busy area and there's everything you could ever need and want within a few miles. The hospital ...

My mother is at Fellowship Square Surprise, and they made arrangements to move her to a different apartment. I've been very pleased with it. It was my mother that was having some issues. They listen, they take care of my issues for me, and they work with me. They're good. We moved her to a bigger apartment. She was in a one-bedroom, one-bath, and now she's in a two-bedroom, two-bath. They have a separate facility behind them that's assisted. They have walking paths, a swimming pool, koi pond, an...
