Alder Leaf Assisted Living is a small community. It's like a home, not one of those large facilities that you can get locked up in. It's a small home and they're not filled to capacity, so my husband has much more individual care. The staff is very personable, very accommodating, and easy to talk to. They are very up front, down to earth, and good people.
