We selected Mariposa Point of Mesa for my sister. It was comprehensive, everybody was knowledgeable, the staff was very professional, and well trained. It was a very comfortable atmosphere. It's wonderful, had easy access, and was only eight minutes from my house. The rooms were wonderful, clean, simple, well-appointed, and easy for the residents to navigate. My sister's room had two windows, was bright, and really nice. The dining room in the memory center was part of the whole common living area set up family style. They had well-planned activities, wherein the family was welcomed to join in, and had a lot of activities available, as well as simulating stuff that the residents could use at any time. They had an activities director always looking for things to do. It was much more home-like. They were very welcoming and focused on their residents.

My friend really liked Sky Vista, but it was a little farther away. I think there's a two-bedroom, and my friend really didn't need a two-bedroom because she is a single person. We ate there, and the food was good. My friend liked that the little apartments went around a little square there. And it was very quiet and greenery out there, and she liked that, too. They had a common washer and dryer, but they were not in the room. They do, however, supply a microwave and a small refrigerator. I thought it was an excellent tour, but it didn't fit my friend at that point. They have games and activities and all of that. The staff who gave the tour was a great person. He was excellent. I thought it was a good experience.

I toured Sky Vista. It was very well kept up. It was very spacious. They had different-sized rooms that were fitting into the people. The staff was very nice. They were all very helpful. The facility was nice. They had a courtyard. They bring in physical therapy. They don't have a physical therapy place on staff there, but they also have a room for exercising and a computer room.

My tour to Sky Vista was a good experience. They're freshening it up. So, it was kind of a hot mess, because they're painting and putting new furniture and stuff like that, but as far as the memory care unit, there were several employees around. It was lunch time, but they looked like they were all engaging with the residents. We looked at three or four rooms and they were all decent-sized. Pricing wise they were decent as well. The common area was clean and organized. Then the safety features looked pretty decent as far as outdoors being locked, because of the heat right now, but they have a common area where they can be outside when it's nice outside. They have a community garden so they can work in the garden too. The meals on the table looked good and their menu looked like it had a pretty good variety. The lady there was good and then their executive manager came out. He was busy with somebody else, but he introduced himself, and everybody was friendly.

Yesterday, I went to Sky Vista for my mother. I thought it was very nice. The room was very nice, too. The staff who gave the tour was very nice. He was friendly and helpful. The dining room looked nice. They had all kinds of activities. They had a full-time activity person. They were doing karaoke, and they were watching Jeopardy! It looked like they were having a pretty good time.

Sky Vista was very nice. I went to the memory care and the staff was very nice, too. They acknowledged you when you were walking down the halls of if they saw you coming or whatever, they said hello. I watched them walking with and helping other residents. So, I saw how they handled them.

We went to look at Sky Vista. The rooms had sort of an odd shape to my father-in-law, and the studio apartment was quite small. The facility was a newer building. The grounds were a little prettier. The staff was very kind, thorough, and explained any question we had. He gave us a very nice tour. It was closer to restaurants.

I toured Sky Vista. They were very sweet and very nice. Overall, it was great. It was very clean and very nice. It was easy to maneuver around. It was super nice. They have a lot of amenities like cards every day and transportation. They did not mention outings, but they go to grocery stores and stuff. They just had a group of singers come in for the residents. However, they were a little bit expensive, and the rooms were very small.

I went to Sky Vista, and it was nice. They just didn't take Medicare though. The lady there was nice. They have nice amenities, but not as nice as the others. They have a salon and laundry service. The dining area was clean, and it was nice. They have a courtyard-type thing.

The tour I had at Sky Vista was awesome. It was beautiful looking, and the staff was very nice and welcoming. It was very open. They had a lot of different areas for people to go to and do things. It wasn't just like one room, they had several rooms for different activities, so people were kept occupied. They weren't just standing around being bored, which was awesome to see. The living areas were nice too. They weren't just like a hotel room or anything. They had actually a nice living area where they felt like they were living in an apartment or something when they went there. I didnt try the food; I went after meals were served. The price was a little high. Anyone on social security would not be able to afford it.

The tour we had with Mariposa Point of Mesa was nice. The young lady who took us around was very helpful and followed up several times with us to see what was going on. We looked at both the studios and two bedrooms, and I didn't really care for the overall decor, but it seemed to me that the rooms were kind of small and not well lit. When we were there, there were a lot of cars parked out in the hot sun, which I found out later was pretty much standard, and that very few have covered parking, but some of them do. I know it's not a very old place, but it didn't feel like a new place. Everybody was nice though.

Mariposa Point of Mesa Assisted Living is very nice and everything was very positive for me. The one negative, and it's a big one, is the apartment itself being small for 2 people. It's gonna take a lot of figuring out how to move in there. The person who gave us the tour was very excellent. Her name is Ariana and she's very helpful. She answered every question under the sun that I could think of. They have games and a place to do exercise.

I went to Mariposa Point of Mesa in person, and talked to the person in a room, and then they gave me a video tour of the rest of the facility. I think I saw both. I think I saw a studio apartment and a one-bedroom apartment. And right now, without looking at my notes, which are somewhere else in the house, I can't remember what amenities they have. I know the one-bedroom would have had the kitchenette, refrigerator, and a microwave. She mentioned that activities are all run by in-house staff. They're not having any outside people coming in yet.

I visited Mariposa Point of Mesa. Its very new, and the entry way of the lobby was very appealing. However, I felt the rooms were very small, and it didnt have the open feeling in the room, and the ceilings werent very high. The staff was great, welcoming when we came in, found the marketing person right away, and she was very good and explained everything very thoroughly. We also met the wellness director, who seemed very knowledgeable and very good. I saw people that seemed happy, they seemed to have a very good memory program, the residents that were there were eating lunch, and spoke highly of the place. They seemed to have a full activity calendar. It looked great, and they seemed to have a great person in the kitchen cooking. Even though we didnt eat the food, it seemed well put together.

Mariposa Point of Mesa is all brand new. Everything looked very neat and clean. However, my daughter noticed one door was unlocked, which should not have been unlocked. They said that couldn't be because the alarm would go off, but the door was unlocked to the outside and there was no alarm going off. That was not a good thing and somebody should've been checking. We visited memory care and the regular assisted living. I didn't see too many people around because it was just brand new at the time, and they didn't have a lot of residents. The staff was friendly.

I'm very pleased with Mariposa Point of Mesa. They're taking good care of my husband. The caregivers are caring and wonderful people. It's a beautiful, brand-new, updated community. He has his own room, which is nice, large, and comfortable, plus he has his own bed and furniture. They keep the residents busy first thing in the morning with exercises, puzzles, and a TV where they play old movies and so on, so they can be active as much as they want. I like the very beautiful courtyard with a big fountain. It's peaceful and pretty. The price is comparable to all the others, and even costs a little bit less than other senior places that weren't as nice. Overall, it's a great place. I've visited other places, but Mariposa is the best.

Mariposa Point of Mesa was very new and very clean, and it seemed like they had a number of good things for their memory care residents. They don't have independent living, so it would not be my choice at this point. The staff member was very pleasant. They didn't have a lot of activities going on yet since they had just opened.
