My mom has moved into Scarlett Canyon. It is very nice and open. It is situated in a nice and safe community. The owner and the caregivers are very good. They have puzzles and games, but they don't have outings or their own transportation. I've seen several of the meals. They're all good and home-cooked. They do produce a menu each week and they have it posted on the refrigerator.

Scarlett Canyon is a home and one level. My brother has a big, comfortable, private room with a queen-sized bed. They're very nice and caring people. My brother feels at home and not lost. They do activities like puzzle-making, popcorn parties, and reading. They work on trying to keep you busy. They actually have people who come in and evaluate you. The lady there is a very good cook, so they have well-balanced meals with proteins and carbs. The residents are very happy. The atmosphere is wonderful, light, airy, and very nice. It's cool, and I'm very happy that my brother is there. The staff is very good and nice, and the price is very good.

Scarlett Canyon Assisted Living is more like being at home, and the people were not only very friendly, but they feel like family right off the bat. My relative is helping with the chores; he's keeping busy and feeling that he is being very useful and helpful there. As far as I know, they are serving 3 meals a day and snacks in between. I would recommend this place very highly because they are very nice and very easy to work with.

This is a small assisted facility with 10 residents. The housr and grounds seem well maintained. They have greenery, trees, shrubs, and flowers. They have a nice yard and patio with a walkway that goes around house. The rooms are private and semi- private. All handicapped equipped. They do laundry and house cleaning. They do home cooking and snacks. The food is good and they do a variety for the residents. They do all three levels of care and utilize hospice and home care as necessary. They have a house doctor. All caregivers are certified. They do not transport but can arrange. The staff seems nice and caring. They do lots in house activities as bingo, cards, parties, exercises, music, and have a church group with an organ. They do not go out to events or shopping. This is the only but main pitfall to me as is limiting residents activity.
