My husband has moved into Matters of Senior Living. The reason I chose this one was that it's very close to our home and then I looked at the facility and it was very presentable. He was only there about a couple of weeks now and then all of a sudden he had some health issues again, so he had to be admitted to the hospital again. Right now, I'm hoping that he'll be able to go back to the facility in the next day or so. It's a very pleasant atmosphere and very roomy. They're always accommodating as much as they can. The interior of the home is very nice and very presentable. It's a good location. There's physical therapy close by there. I know the area pretty well. It's an accessible area that's very nice. There are hills behind you and there are walking areas there. They give meals three times a day. They have television screens here, there, and everywhere. They have enough bathrooms, and each person has their own room. It hygienically looks very clean and they're always cooking up some nice meals for the residents that are there. They do a good job and a few times they've said I'm welcome to join them, so I've had a couple little bites here and there of lunch or whatever. The staff is very friendly and very professional. They do what they can to help me as a caregiver to do as much as I can for my husband when I'm there. When I'm not there, I know he's in good hands. They had a musician come and played some music. Every other week someone comes there to play piano and play some instruments for some of the residents. It's not that filled up right now, so there's only a few residents. They do what they can. What I like is that there's a dog there and that's very sweet because the dog loves everybody. I think it's a little more expensive for some people that are looking for something a little bit more affordable.
