My Dad was very clean and well cared for. As a nurse, I felt like at times it was difficult to get my questions answered. The staff would answer before I had even finished speaking-“ listen to understand not reply.” I wouldn’t recommend it as a facility for hospice care because visiting hours are limited since it is a private group home. I came from Wisconsin to be with my Dad and wasn’t able to be with him when he passed due to the visiting hour restrictions. They did let us stay late a few times, but it didn’t feel comfortable from that perspective. He was only there for 10 days.

They did an outstanding job of caring for my father in his final two months of life with Alzheimers. Ray and Arnell are wonderful, caring individuals. The owners were also kind and refunded some rent even though the contract allowed them to keep the money. Thank you, the refund was a significant to my mother, who is barely able to make ends meet.

Fletcher Heights has two homes. I didn't like the first home at all because the people were pretty much comatose and they were all wrapped in blankets and coats watching TV, but the second home was more my style. It was nicer and a good deal smaller. They have all sorts of things if you're well enough participate. They have a wonderful cook who has been there seven years. I didn't eat there, but from the smell of what the chef was cooking, it would have been delicious. It was very clean and neat. There were no bathrooms in the rooms for memory care since you might fall. In the second home, they have a nurse there all the time or a licensed caregiver reading to them or teaching them. They also have a patio where you can have tea.

I didn’t like the owner of Fletcher Heights. I felt like they kind of had a nice setup. In the first one or the big home, there was a small TV room that was sort of like a sunroom, and everybody was crowding there, except for one lady who was watching TV. One lady was doing a puzzle or something with one of the assistants, so obviously there was a little activity. It was very clean and very organized, and it looked like the kitchen staff knew what they were doing. The only reason I did not like it was because I obviously did not like the owner, but it was a very nice place.

Fletcher Heights was nice, and the people knew what they were doing. They have really nice, expensive type houses with rooms, bathrooms, and a small yard. They're in a residential area. The owners have been in the business for a long time and know a lot about taking care of memory care patients.

Great place! Very well structured and a beautiful home with all the necessary amenities. My father was a resident here and actually perked up upon his arrival, due to the gracious staff , they will keep you updated and even send you pictures via smartphone. I am very grateful for the care they provided. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

This is a private bowned facility licensed for 10 residents. The house and grounds are nice. There are trees and greenery. The rooms are private and semi-private. All are handicapped equipped. They serve three meals a day and snacks. All are home cooked and made nfrom scratch. They do baking and deserts. The food is very good. They do all three levels of care. They have medical director/house doctor and a nurse on call, They have a housen supervisor and all caregiviers are certified. They haven an handicapped van ton transport to appointments. The staff seems nice and caring. They do lots of in housen activities as exercises, movies, arts and crafts.parties, bbqs, and one on one. They go out shopping and to events. This is a nicely organized and run facility.
