The layout of Medina House is good. It's easy to get around, handicap accessible, clean, and doesn't smell bad. I'm not impressed with the food. They could do more American food or have somebody who knows how to really cook. They're not exercising, there's no music therapy, and they don't play games. We talked to them about activities, but we still haven't witnessed any. The staff is friendly and nice. She's been there two months and nothing's happened with the services they said they will provide.

I have a relative staying here. There is no activity whatsoever, no music and of course right now, no visitors allowed. I really am not too impressed right now with the care that my relative is receiving.
