My mother spent her last 8 months of life at at Fairbrook after her second stroke. She was cared for as if she were family. Prior to Fairbrook, I had spent quite a bit of time in care centers with my grandmother, and I found that Fairbrook was unlike any other care home I had seen. You will feel the difference when you walk in. Julie, who is a RN, keeps close tabs on all of the residents at Fairbrook and hires people who really care. Residents are served home-cooked meals. There are regular social activities. It is a great environment. I would give it 10 stars.

This is such a wonderful home. It is family owned and the owners are highly involved. They are there everyday and truly want to make the lives of the residents better. They celebrate each persons birthdays, holidays and have many celebrations for the residents. I have been to many of their parties and they are unique, fun, and involve all the families of the residents. Brian and Julie have worked so hard to make this a safe, welcoming home environment. I love every time I visit and it gives me hope that there are still good places for elderly people to be taken care of. :)

I have visited the center many times and have a background in Social Work. This Fairbrook Grove is very clean, and feels more like living in a home. rather than in a facility. The staff has a high regard for the resident's dignity and personal needs, Regular activities are held for the residents. Sunday services that are non-denominational are provided, and residents enjoy celebrating most holidays. Family visits are encouraged.. Fairbrook has served the senior community for more than 10 years. The resident's care comes first. My wife and I have served in the health care area for many years. We have observed the treatment of residents. We can easily recommend that you consider this center.for senior placement..

My friend has been in Fairbrook for three or four months now. It has a nice group setting because there are only ten residents there. They have activities and stuff. They try to keep them interacting with each other. It is like a luxury home with a lot of bedrooms, and it is very nice. However, she is complaining that they are not serving enough meat in their meals. She is losing some weight, and she didn't feel like they are feeding her enough or giving her enough snacks. So her daughter brings her a bunch of snacks that she can keep in her room. It is beautiful. It is very nice and very clean. It is in a nice neighborhood. The best part about it is that the people who own it are husband and wife. She is a registered nurse, and they actually live in the basement of the premises. So they are there all the time which is really awesome. They have two daughters that work there, and their son also works there.
