The Thunderbird Senior Living meets the needs of my family member because he was in search of friendly companionship and the staff is more than congenial. They explained a lot of their benefits to us before we even signed up. So, we knew what we were signing up for. The food pleases him. He's on a limited diet but he is always complimenting the food. He looks forward to the weekly shopping trip by bus. The first day we moved him in, in the morning, the other family members and I were hungry, and he had his first meal there so we guided him through the process and we had a great chicken dinner. We all enjoyed it. I know they have games going on, but he doesn't enjoy games. He likes listening to people at the table. He likes the conversations, but he won't do anything. They're probably not the fanciest place, but they're the most economical place for us. We felt like we were getting our money's worth because he's on a tight budget and we need to look around to see what fits into his budget and this place did. Yet it didn't seem to be cutting any corners anywhere. He gets everything he needs, and the place is clean and very pretty. It's just miles away from my home. I have to drive about 45 minutes to get there. The people we met were just about two, the front receptionist and the lady that explained the whole place and the money situation, and they were delightful people. They took time to answer our questions and actually, we did a drop-in. We didn't even have an appointment and she fit right into our schedule, which was very nice. We didn't know we were going there. We just had a list and we were in that area. So, I thought she was very accommodating and I don't know her name, but she was the person to be on staff at that time. The whole place is very attractive. It's pretty and I know he has room cleaning, and so that, too, is very well situated and I never saw anything that looked like dust or anything, so I think cleanliness is excellent.

I toured Thunderbird Senior Living. I did see their menu and everything seemed good. It's like an all-day kind of thing. It's open all day. The facility was clean and nice. I was impressed. It was very well-maintained. The rooms were nice. I'm interested in the studio, large, it was a pretty good size, and it'll work for me. The staff was very friendly and informative.

We toured here for my father-in-law. The tour was nice. The community is all indoors, which could be a benefit for some individuals. They have a nice outdoor area to relax and walk the paths. The atmosphere is lively with lots of individuals moving throughout the facility. The staff were caring. We viewed the dining area, and it was very open and airy.

The minute we walked in, it was very active and we liked everything about it. In the lobby's main area, there was an Avon vendor set up and there were a lot of people looking at it, but there were no other planned activities going on at that time. We did not try the food, but they did have some samples of plates that they were serving the day before. So, we looked at those and they looked good. The staff was wonderful, very knowledgeable, very professional, friendly, and very welcoming. I was very pleased with her.

We've moved into here. We love it here. The staff is very, very friendly and accommodating. The food is good. Their maintenance staff is also excellent. They've come in and helped us with things while we were moving. There are a lot of activities and we are happy here. They have movies and they have exercise programs. They have a pool here, which I love. They have buses that take you out to different stores or restaurants or wherever you want to go. They have games, bingo, Slingo, cornhole, Jeopardy, and Wii, just all kinds of things to keep you active. They provide the meals. The quality is very good and also is very varied, so there's always something on the menu that I like. The waiting staff is very hardworking, pleasant, and very friendly. We like it here a lot. We have a one-bedroom. I would recommend it highly.

I chose them for myself because of the friendly people and the many activities that I can do. It has a homey feeling to it. The staff is very helpful and caring, and they take time with you. We have many choices for food and they taste good. We have card games, and arts and crafts. We have a beauty shop, an exercise room, and a gym.

Thunderbird Senior Living had a nice community feel to it. It was clean and they offered a lot of activities. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and very caring. They had a bunch of amenities, like a movie screening room, puzzle areas, activity rooms for things like crafts, a pool table, and an outdoor swimming pool. The whole floor was designed to allow walking to the halls. It was almost like in a big rectangle. They showed us a demonstration of what meal was being served that day, and it looked fine.

My mom moved here. It seems to be very good, they organized a good amount of attention to helping the residents. They do a variety of different activities, they bring in singers, they do arts and crafts type of stuff and painting or some games. The meals are good. They're consistent. I mean, they're not out of this where it's like basically cafeteria food. They have a hairstylist and a nail technician, and the doctors come directly to the facility to help the residents. They coordinated on getting her a booster, which was good, so that part of it seems good.

I'm going here. It's closest to my doctors and it's close to the people that I hang around with. The staff, Katy, was very good. The apartments were very nice. It's perfect for me. The surroundings were very nice. It's residential and it's convenient to anything that I need and I'm looking for at this point. It has all the amenities that I need.

It was very nice. We liked the pond and the dining area. The apartments were very nice, which were more studio-like. We saw a calendar of activities.

We settled on them, and we like the amenities and the whole general look and layout of the place. They have two meals a day. The gardens around it are very nice. The room sizes are to our liking, especially the two-bedroom unit. Just based on the tour, we thought it was a very good place. It's on the top of the list.

The tour was very nice. It looked like a newer, clean facility, and the people were friendly. It’s in a very good location. The staff is very good. One staff member answered all of my questions, and she called me a couple of times. I saw a two-bedroom unit with a little living room and a little kitchen where you can fix your own food if you want. They had a bunch of activities, bus trips, a pool, and bingo. Their dining room is like a restaurant: you had choices of your food, and you order just like in a restaurant.
