It is very beautiful, very clean, elegant, and homey. The staff is very friendly. I would definitely recommend it. It's very pretty on the inside and nicely decorated. The staff is very attentive to the residents, very nice, and very friendly. The food is very good and very tasty. The place always smells good, and the rooms are clean, new, and up-to-date. My aunt is in a wheelchair, and the openings of the doors are extra wide to accommodate it. The refrigerators are placed low enough, so somebody in a wheelchair can reach it. It's very handicap accessible. They have a calendar of activities for the whole month. They have games, bingo, exercise, and field trips on the van.

The people at Proveer at Grayson Valley were nice and the place was very open. They were doing renovations and I just didn't feel like it was very independent enough for me, but they had nice outdoors. It was good and efficient. It was one level and everything was nice. There were three people that walked with me all over the place and showed me the available rooms. They weren't really big, but they were big enough in comparison to everything. They would do the laundry for you. They didn't have much actually that I was aware of, but they had a big room to do things. You didn't have to do everything in your room because the rooms were small. They had crafts once a week or twice a week and they had a cooking thing that you could participate in. It's just hard to tell because they're in the middle of redoing it. So there was a lot of stuff they talked about that was up and coming. It had the potential to be a nicer place. The staff was nice. They reached out to me several times.

Proveer at Grayson Valley was very nice and clean. The staff was friendly, and it was just lovely. It's just a place I'd like to be when I'm of age. The rooms were large and nice. We met a lot of residents and they were sweet, kind, and friendly. The staff made themselves available to say hello. We were just visitors and we were welcomed. We did see the menu and it was very nice. It was something our mother would have wanted to eat. The facility was beautiful and it was well remodeled.

It seemed nice and well kept up. It was attractive, and the staff seemed helpful. People in the assisted living had their own little apartments and could have their own space. They had activities for the patients. So, they could keep a small pad if they chose to. It seemed like it would be a good fit. They have a small kitchen area. It's almost like a large closet. It's not very big, but it's got a refrigerator, a microwave, and some cabinet space, a place to wash dishes. Some of them had a bedroom and some of them were studio. It had a sitting area. It didn't have a bed you'd have to supply, and it had room to put my mother-in-law's favorite chair, that kind of stuff. The person that we were going to have the visit with got called away, so it wasn't the regular person. Probably the other one would have done a little bit better job, but she did a good job. I think they've included three meals a day.

The tour was good. They had exercise, they had a microwave, they had movie nights where the families could come, and the staff was very friendly. They have birthdays for the residents, they sing along, and they have restaurant-style food. They have a beauty shop, and somebody comes in to do the feet.

My mother is in here. It's close by the house and appears to be very clean. The staff is very personable, everybody from the cook to the executive director. We talked to several residents there, and they all seemed to like it. We really haven't heard anything about it. They have activities every day. They go to Walmart in a van once a week, bingo, church service, get their hair done on-site, and play cards. They've done really well.
