Hi Thomas, My family had planned a Decmber trip to New York which seemed to be in jeopardy because of my release from the hospital. Upon leaving the hospital, after 2 emergency surgeries, I contacted Homewell for your services. This was on a Thursday with the care needed beginning Friday morning at 6:00 a.m. providing daily/overnight services for the weekend. I thought I would have to call several places on a list the hospital had provided me before finding one that could accommodate my needs. Turns out Homewell was the 1st and only place I contacted. V was more than professional in everything she did for me. She not only made me comfortable with conversation, she was prompt with everything she did. V has a wonderful spirit and a heart for the care and comfort of others. I truly appreciated her and could not give enough compliments for how I feel about her.

Home Well provided an excellent home caregiver for my husband, who has Huntington's. The caregiver is patient and kind and encourages my loved one to engage. He takes my husband on walks in the park (with the assistance of a support belt), makes sure he eats, and takes his meds. He also knows when my husband needs rest. The caregiver is also very trust worthy. Home Well has let me go back to work without worry.

Hi. I have been using Homewell Services for several years. I have mobility issues so I need assistance getting to Drs’ appointments, light housekeeping, errands, and other life activities. I have worked with five staff and all have been on tome, pleasant, and took imitiave to ask me if I would like a task done that I had not thought of. Everyone had been skilled, taken good care of me, and kept me safe. They are accommodating with scheduling and confirm when a caregiver is scheduled. I interviewed a few other companies and this one was the best by far. One only pays for services used —- no upfront administrative feed.

Homewell Senior Care was (IS) our second home care provider for my 85 year old mother with severe dementia. The first provider was not reliable, and we wondered if we were even going to get care from day to day. I visited caring.com and submitted my needs to them. Homewell was one of the first to respond to my contact request in less than 30 minutes (and this was on a Sunday). During the course of that Sunday there were several calls between Homewell and me. After receiving assurances that Homewell would provide the reliable service that we needed, we switched to them. To date, Homewell care has been excellent. All providers have been well trained in senior care and very caring and sympathetic to my mother's needs. I have never had to doubt whether they were going to come, and if, on the RARE occasion when the provider was going to be late, we received a call from Homewell well in advance. For example, there was one day when the caregiver assigned was in a car accident on the way to our home. Homewell not only called us to let us know, but also provided a back up who arrived only 10 minutes late. To me, that is top flight service. I would unconditionally recommend Homewell Senior Care to anyone with home care needs.

Homewell has been the best thing to happen for myself and my Dad. From the very first phone call to Bill F. and his visit that evening to meet with me, it has been a wonderful experience. It was a stressful time for myself and Dad after a very bad stay at a rehabilitation facility and unsafe discharge from there. I did not know how I was going to be able to care for my Dad by myself since he could no longer stand or walk. Homewell to the rescue!! We were fortunate to have the pleasure of meeting and welcoming the most dedicated and caring staff of Homewell. The caregivers are like family to us. They arrive on time 7 days a week and give outstanding and loving care.....all of them. The whole company treats us very well and the concern shows in many ways. Our CNA's have had many compliments about their attention to Dad. From Hospital ER staff to our Doctors, and even Metro Access drivers. All are impressed by the fact that they jump in to attend and help with his care. They do so much to keep Dad clean, safe, happy and healthy. Our team will cook, do laundry, clean and vaccuum, and do physical therapy exercises with him as shown to them by our Physical Therapist. They play cards and all sorts of games and fun activities that keep Dad busy during the day. Such invaluable people and our appreciation goes out to all of them for what they give us. First of all my father became ill 2 years ago. I have been through 3 different agency with staff that simply would not show up, they would leave my Dad alone in house unattended and leave everything broken or a mess. All three of these agencies were the top rated ones and were also recommended by Arlington Hospital. Fortunately, I found Homewell Senior Care, and they are the best in business! Everyone on there staff are very professional and polite from the top to bottom. I have never seen my Dad happier, and our family is extremely happy with Homewell Senior Care services. I appreciate everything Homewell Senior Care Services has done for my father and our family. Sherina is our home health aide, and she is absolute angel from heaven. Dad has put on weight and become healthier, happier and more active. The house is clean, laundry done, dishes washed, everything is in it's proper place, and dad makes it to all his appointments on time. My father and Sherina just went to the National Opening Game which would not have been possible, if we did not hire Homewell Senior Care. Dad is now doing Physical Therapy twice a week and Occupational Therapy once a week outside the home, before Homewell Senior Care Service that would not be possible. What I trying say is Dad was depressed and dying with they other 3 agencies. Now, He is happy and living due to Homewell Senior Care! They made this possible and made us all a Happy Family Again!
