We have been using Comfort Keepers for about a year now. We are still using them. They are providing companion care, just sitting with my father, taking him around, trying to exercise him and reading to him. We have one caregiver that we use and I would say that he is excellent. He is caring, compassionate, just excellent. Billing and scheduling is very simple to do. We have them all on a regular routine but if we need to change that at a moment's notice, they're very accommodating.

We used Comfort Keepers for my father. It was very good. It was the first time we had to do that, so they came over and they explained some of the options we had. The people they sent were good. Comfort Keepers Home Care was good. The people were very nice and very caring. We used them for just having somebody there with my father. Somebody sat and did various things with him. Comfort Keepers was fabulous in taking care of my dad. Dad and Kelsey really became quite a team. Carol did a fabulous job of matching Dad and Kelsey together; they really worked quite well. We are working with Comfort Keepers for my father since June 2018. We had a round-the-clock for a few months and then for appointments for a period of time. In May or June this year, we had a caretaker from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. for four or five weeks, and now we're just down to having caretakers to help with appointments. I'm very pleased with them. My wife Trish passed away but we used Comfort Keepers for her. We had them for about a year prior to her dying. Lorraine was one of the main individuals who visited my wife. He went into the hospital on a Friday, they discharged him the next Tuesday in the hospice.
