I have had a companion come. It is nice to have someone to help me with errands. It's nice to have company. I would recommend them because they usually send me very good caregivers.

They have been very good with me. They do their best to accommodate what I need. Last year, my husband had a stroke and lost his memory. I brought him home after a while and I needed 24-hour care. They really went out of their way to help him, especially at night. He had a broken rib and I asked for night help. I asked for some specific helpers and they sent me the ones I wanted. They provide companionship for him.

BrightStar Care came out and met with me within 24 hours of me contacting them. I was really impressed with the woman in charge of all their help, the head nurse, because she seemed very knowledgeable. I liked the questions that she asked and that she was very easy to talk to. They take some of the worry and stress of caring for my mother off of me for a little bit because I can't be there for 24 hours.

The caregivers show up but they are usually late. They take good care of my wife, and she has MS so it is very difficult, and they do well helping her.

I would not recommend BrightStar Care because they are unable to give a caregiver that was qualified to help me. The services helped my life by letting me leave the house. The caregiver was able to watch Kirsten.

BrightStar Care is really good at coordinating and sharing information within their organization. The services provided hospice care and it allowed my husband to be at home. I don't know how I could have gotten through the last month of my husband's life. They were just there to support me and do anything I needed.

I would tell others that BrightStar Care is a really good service when you need skilled companion care. My mother only gets about six hours of help, and it's mostly just household chores.

The people have all with out exception, been kind and sympathic to the job. They are committed to what they do. Hospice is coming in three days a week, and I have BrightStar Care come in the other days, and when they are here it helps her to have a good start to the day.

I would tell someone about BrightStar Care because the caregivers are very professional and responsive, the only thing I have concerns with is how many caregivers that come to take care of my loved one. BrightStar Care makes life easier because they allow me to get out of the house and feel comfortable that my loved one is being taken care of.
