Compassionate Care by MEDRelief Staffing is licensed by the state of Texas through the Department of Aging and Disabilities Services (DADS) for personal care services. This license requires the agency to meet standards of operation and to have the management that is qualified to administer care to the senior or elder population. Our caregivers are also insured to provide the services your require in your home.
Our Caregivers are Our Employees
Our caregivers are our employees and that makes a difference. We do not employ independent contractors. That means we pay all the taxes and benefits that are required by federal and state law. You have no fear that you may be responsible for these taxes by not using an agency. We also abide by the required overtime laws that affect the personal services and caregiver employment categories. We take the worry from your shoulders and place it on ours. After all, we will be your employment agency and perform all the extra paperwork.

We carry the The Joint Commission seal and have since 2006. We have met the standards and we have annual audits and inspections every two years. We are checked for safety standards for our employees and in our operations. We have an ongoing quality assurance program that is extensive and requires employee follow-up and evaluation. Monitoring of our employees is a significant portion of our quality improvement program. Our client satisfaction rating this year was at 92% satisfaction. Those surveys include resolving concerns and complaints, responding to requests in a timely manner, meets your expectations, and staff are competent for the assigned position.
