The caregiver basically just sat with her. Just being able to be there was a lot in itself. I would recommend them because they were able to provide the care that I needed.

I totally depend on the helpers now, and the caregiver goes to the grocery store for me. I had different caregivers every day, and I was not satisfied with that, but now I have only one.

Right at Home is used by my family to provide supplemental care for my father. We currently have contracted caregivers. Occasionally, we need the support of RAH to provide coverage when our regular caregivers are unavailable. Jennifer and Karen work hard to provide us with caregivers when we need them. Jennifer also takes the time to come to the house to make sure that both her and the RAH caregiver understand my Dad's needs. Interactions between my dad and the caregivers appears to be very good. The agency has been very responsive to our requests, and I plan to continue to use them in the future.

We didn't start off too well with Right at Home. We went through 4-5 women. Fortunately, we now seem to have found a good fit for my mother. Overall, everyone seem to be nice and very caring. I am happy with their service!

We use Right at Home to transport our mother to dialysis three time a week and for other activities. Right at Home has been a godsend. They are caring and dependable. I don't have to worry that my mom will miss an appointment. The owner is wonderful as well.

I am a current client and absolutely love my caregiver! She arrives on time, is polite and goes above and beyond the call of duty for Dad. The office has been extremely helpful. When I initially called to get information regarding care for my father, I felt very welcomed. Karen is awesome! The office provided me with good information and even gave me referrals to several home medical supply companies for our family to call. They were courteous, empathetic and really get the meaning of customer service. Thank you, thank you, thank you for all that you do for families like ours!

Right-at-Home contacted me first and they sounded good. So we hired them and they found somebody for my mother. Right now I have a couple of caregivers for her and they have been with my mother for three months. I don't have problems with them like some do. However, communication with the main office is very poor, but the caregivers I have from them are good.
