1. Service- personal helper for 81 year old disabled husband. 2. Yes helper always arrived on time and performed all duties to complete satisfaction. 3. Had a great relationship with husband. 4. My negative comments concern the accounting and billing from the agency. Always had to confirm they billed for the right days and hours. They sometimes put hours for some other personal helper. 5. My advice is to carefully check each bill.

Preferred Care at Home was able to find someone immediately to take care of my wife. The caregiver was helpful and we're doing good. I have no complaints so far.

Preferred Care At Home have more supervisors per caregivers. We just like the owner. They were great. They worked with us. The caregivers were very conscientious, well-trained, certified, and they communicated well. If we had an issue or something we had to discuss, they're always there. They added caregivers when we needed to, and if the caregiver wasn't a good fit, they change them out right away. They communicated, they came to the home, their billing was good, and they're always available. They were great. My mother was very comfortable with them

There are no perfect agencies...or are there?? My husband and I believe that Preferred Care at Home and their team of highly skilled caregivers are the BEST! Many thanks to their entire team for assisting us with our recovery!

This agency has assisted me for the last 8 months. I have been battling cancer for the last 9 months and obviously in denial about needing help for the first month. Carla came to my home to discuss the services she offered and what Preferred Care at Home was able to guarantee! Besides her obvious knowledge and compassion, knowing that in the event my assigned caregiver was unable to make her shift for any reason I would have an alternate caregiver orientated to me so that my service was never interrupted, sealed the deal! Thank you ladies!

Carla and her team have worked for me well over two years now and I could not be happier. Juan and John have cared for me and are extremely dependable and knowledgeable in my disease, ALS. The personal attention I receive from all of the staff is remarkable! I get above and beyond the cost I pay for services.

This agency has been absolutely remarkable! Thank you for the commitment and punctuality that was part of the unbelievable care I received. My two caregivers have yet to let me down and I consider them family. I look forward to each day that comes because I know I am not alone and I am not just $$ to Carla and her team of dedicated, compassionate caregivers. Thank you ladies!

I am a Marine first and a veteran second. Serving my country brought me much honor and pride but left me debilitated. After two surgeries and countless months of rehab in Temple I was able to go home and continue my life. I have always been a strong man, so I thought, but getting through my day to day activities was posing some difficulty. After several months of trying and severe depression setting in I decided to search for some help. The internet, although confusing, assisted in my finding Preferred Care at Home. I called the number and spoke to Alicia who then had Carla call me back. Carla came out that Sunday afternoon and changed my life. Between the immense knowledge she possessed and compassion she conveyed I was orientated to two caregivers that evening and completed all paperwork associated with a veteran benefit I didn't even know existed, Aid & Attending! If you are looking for quality and compassion look no further!

Carla and her team of angels have cared for my Alan for more than a year, they are knowledgeable and compassionate. Our two caregivers have always showed-up on time and have gone above and beyond for us. They have allowed me to continue to be a wife and not a caregiver. I recommend this agency to anyone in need.

As a disabled veteran on a fixed income I greatly appreciated the information I was given my the administrator who came to my home and provided me with a free in home assessment. She even brought the VA paperwork with her! I am very thankful for having chosen this agency for my needs. Phil is my caregiver and thanks to him I'm playing golf again!
