We use Visiting Angels for my parents. I live out of town and my brother is at work, so I usually call. If they there's a problem, they call us to let us know that no one would be there that day. We've used them for two months and haven't had any issues. It’s pretty satisfactory. They do light housekeeping, change the sheets, wash a couple of clothes, and fix breakfast.
