Always Best Care of the Midlands Team ensured that I was well informed, and my loved one received the best care possible. The compassionate care was delivered not only by the care professionals, but by the support team. The owners even checked in with us to offer support and guidance. They exceeded our expectations!

From a caretakers/daughters point of view: This service is a savior for me personally. It relieves me from having to miss a lot of work time to travel to my mothers appt, now I can meet her at the appt. and save this time. The care and service she is getting is TOP NOTCH! From how easy it is for my mother to schedule and the follow through is right on the money. From a person getting the services: Melissa is the best, she calls me weekly to remind me of my appointments coming up. I am very pleased with the services and absolutely pleased with the services provided. I know that this alone helps ease the mind of my daughter. Thank you to the team at Always Best Care!

I would have had to quit my job if it wasn't for them and they go grocery shopping. They can have more guidance for the client and what to do for the client.

The agency would have to make it a lot easier for me to find out about the caregiver coming out and having someone on backup. The agency could provide better scheduling and the caregivers would not come in on time.

They cleaned the kitchen and the bathroom and all areas and for safety reasons they help with the showering. Some things have improved because at one point they weren't communicating that someone was coming.

It didn't really have an impact. They helped me the most with my meds. I liked that they kept in touch and tried their best to fulfill our needs, but they just couldn't do it.

They were somewhat helpful so that I could leave and get groceries. They shouldn't charge for a week of service on the first day the caregiver is here. They should charge at the end of the week.

I only had two caregivers and one talked constantly and one did not talk at all. They needed to be more balanced. They need to have consistency in caregivers.

They have helped her with a lot of things especially when she started to be ill and now making sure that she takes her medication properly. I like the caregivers and the good quality services they offer.

It is hard to say what can be better. We had one girl that had her own issues and that complicated things. I only had one caretaker and she had some issues. When she was discontinued then I will employ another.

I can call them anytime and if something comes up they help straighten it out. I like the caregivers that we have. They feel like family.

They could have quality caregivers. We've had some that were literally on the verge of having mental illnesses. They have to have better screening and training of their applicants. I've been with them for five years and it's a combination of things that I don't like. I don't feel like the people they hire are trained to work with older people.

I am entrusting a loved one to them and I expected more. When someone new comes in, I stick around to see how things are going. That is hard because I pay dearly for them, and I need a breather. When it is consistent it is excellent. The biggest thing that is important for me as a family member is for them to really have the same caregiver all the time, not someone new all the time.

Some of it's been good, some bad. Right now it's going good. I don't have to worry as much about him while I'm gone, but that depends on the caregiver. The service hasn't been great the whole time.

She does anything that I ask her to do. When she has the day off, the replacement doesn't have much initiative to see things. You have to tell them everything that needs to get done. They have been very dependable. The people that they send are qualified.

The services keep my loved one happy and safe. They do games with him and keep him busy. They also help him with walking, so they have been a tremendous help. I like that they keep in touch with you. They call and check on you, and they make sure you know about the scheduling.

We used Always Best Care of the Midlands, but we had to let them go because it didnt work out. They didnt interact with my mother, and one got angry with my mother and left early. The personnel didnt have very good social skills. We used them for companionship because Mom gets lonely and bored.
