Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate the opportunity to provide care for your mother and are glad to hear that our caregivers have provided quality service when they are there. Given that we only service your mother on Saturdays for 3-4 hours, it is challenging to guarantee the same caregiver every weekend. While we strive for consistency, weekend-only cases are particularly difficult to staff with a single person. However, we always ensure that the caregivers we send are skilled and capable. Regarding billing, we offer services at a discounted rate, and since we do not use merchant services to process payments online, statements are sent once they reach the threshold of $400. This is why they may not always arrive on a strict monthly or quarterly basis. In terms of cancellations, there are times when the client cancels service, which can contribute to gaps in scheduling. If a caregiver is unable to make it, we do our best to notify clients, but for short-hour, once-a-week cases, alternative coverage may not always be immediately available.
