They've been good. She just came home this week, and the caregiver she had was very good. They got along extremely well. I like this agency because I like their flexibility with hours.

She takes me to the grocery store and the doctor, but that is all she will do. The caregivers are not able to complete the work. They don't do what they are supposed to do.

They could have stayed and been reliable and willing to learn. I would want them to have more qualified and reliable people. If not qualified willing to learn.

I don't talk to the agency as much, just the care taker, and she's very responsible. I really like the person that they placed with my aunt. It was a good match.

The agency has made our life easier by me not worrying if someone is taking care of her or not. I like that the people come every day and there's not a lot of calling out.

Someone is there taking care of the client, giving her the proper care. I'm relatively happy about it. I'm 140 miles away and I'm not there to see what happens on a daily basis. They could probably improve with getting there on time.

If you get it the way it's supposed to be, it's good. It's not happening well for me though. There is a situation that is going on that I'm not happy with. Their care needs to be upgraded as far as I'm concerned.

The younger caregivers need to have a better understanding when they go to people's homes, because they are as dumb as a bag of rocks. They try to get me caregivers and what I need. I like that.

Having someone there during the daytime helps me because I get sleep in the morning. I think that they need to assess their patients before they send someone out to help them. My mom is plus sized and the aides couldn't help her.

She has the right caregivers in place. They help with laundry, bathing, and meal preparations. They take a lot of the work off of my plate. Lois is in need of part-time care assistance. Initially there was a high turnover of caregivers, but that seems to have straightened out now. Some others might find that unpleasant and might leave the agency, but now things have improved.

Frankly, it's complicated. She was a neighbor who lived above us. My wife was in bed and needed help. This gal was doing the kind of help we needed, and I asked if she wanted the job and she said yes. She cared for her until she died. Then I asked her if she wanted to help me. She said yes, and we get along fine. I had a lot of trouble with them providing the kind of people I need for what my need is, and they couldn't do it. Quite frankly, I only use them on Saturdays. I get care from the VA and from the county. I use another agency for the VA time. (Possible discharge survey.)
