They can improve by making it clear to these caregivers that people need help and that they should not just show up and that if they don't show up for a certain number of times, they are fired. I would like to see them be a little bit stricter with the caregivers as far as how many no-shows they are allowed they're allowed to do and be clear that when they are scheduled to come to not make appointments around that time.

They need to get their act together, basically. I'm in a wheelchair in my 90's so I have a little background behind me. One thing at this age is seeing all the agencies with their clients. They tend to take my caregiver and send her somewhere else. They could be more dependable, the caregivers weren't here one day this week and every other week or so she doesn't show up.

I do not think my mom was ever excited about seeing any of the caregivers coming it was more of someone sitting there and I think I had one girl who was nice and was helpful but some did not get to know my mom. I did not like some of the caregivers some were better than others we had some real issues with one of the caregivers who called out for a week and did not show up it was really bad. I had to take time off. Some of the caregivers did not take initiative for my mom's needs.
