They help the most by doing the main purpose of their job and giving care for my wife. I want them to work on their communication. When I call, I get an answering service, the service sends me to someone else. I want them to send me texts or emails, but preferably a text. Usually, I have simple questions. The GPS takes the caregiver to the wrong address. I want them to include in the clinical summary that GPS is not reliable. The caregiver should not rely on the GPS and should look at the address.

It helps me get better and I feel much better knowing that I have someone from FirstLight coming. It makes me feel good that someone is watching out for me and helping me with things. I have never been there. I like that they are friendly, on time, respectful, contact me and my daughter on any changes or revisions, or modifications well in advance. They don't surprise us with anything. Their obligations and billing are fine. Their method of sending invoices is good and on time. The individual that comes out has done an excellent job.

They needed to schedule better and have procedures in place. I'm not sure what happened to the aide, her child was sick, and she had to stay home. Bringing someone else in was crazy. We would have someone come in and then they couldn't make it in, so we said forget it.
