It is helpful. They are trying really hard to do the right thing. All of the aides are very friendly and very nice. They are all very likable people.

The scheduler doesn't always alert us when someone is calling out. We find out the next day from the aide that the person is not coming in for the day. We have multiple aides throughout the day, we have lots of bickering with them.

I count on him for a number of things like cooking, helping me dress, helping me make my bed, and cleaning up. I like that the particular aide I have is very good.

They make sure they are fed and cleaned up. I think they take care of the sisters, the aides that are here alert the nurses when they are not right for whatever reason.

I would call them and everything would be okay, and I didn't need to keep asking them for help. When Joe was alive, I didn't have any problems with his insurance in care.

They could make her life easier by being a little more attentive to my mother on the weekend. They need to have someone for my mother when someone is out. They will send her someone who will speak English and that is not good for her.

They're well organized, good about how they present food, and good about finding things, and responding to questions outside of the routine. They can improve with how they bill me and bill my long term insurance company in a timely fashion.

I think the home health services and companionship are good. I don't live in town to see the care, but I think the caregiver is very agreeable.

The most helpful thing has been if we did not have the aides, the client would not be able to participate in day-to-day activities. I like that they listen to any feedback that we give them in regards to the aides and patient paired up.

They've taken care of us for a long time and they were familiar with how to help my loved one. I would recommend them because I've dealt with them for over 15 years and the quality of caregivers was excellent the whole time.

They are there for my mom while I am at work. I wouldn't be able to work if I didn't have their services. I would like them to follow up with aids when they do not show up to a scheduled assignment.
