We hired this agency to stay with my mother after her release from the hospital. While they were supposed to be watching my mother she had a fall. Pretty much each care giver spends all their time on their cell phones. There is no oversight whatsoever. This industry needs to be more regulated.

We used the services of Visiting Angels and they were very good, but they are just very expensive.

- TouchPoint Care technology: our innovative Interactive Voice Recognition system used by our caregivers to submit daily reports about their visits with your loved one. That information and their observations are accessible by designated family members and healthcare professionals on our secure website 24/7.
- In-Depth Training for caregivers working with Alzheimer's and Parkinson's clients.
