Our family is a current client of this exceptional provider. The Ann Arbor director of Client Services is excellent and has shared very helpful insights and tips about caring for a challenging parent with advanced dementia. She matched my Mom to a caregiver whose warmth, compassion, sense of humor, professionalism and in-depth experience with memory care patients has proven her to be the perfect caregiver and companion for my Mom. The office staff are always very helpful and responsive, and being able to manage payments online is easy and much appreciated. Thanks to all my family is blessed to be able to continue to care for my Mom in our home.

The fact that I am going on vacation without having to worry about my parents is tremendous! I know that my caregivers and the office staff will make it happen while I’m gone. I have not even considered taking a vacation in three years, but Homewatch Caregivers has made that possible for me.

I am Senior Citizen and have two days. I have the wake up service, and it gives me a total sence of security should something happen to me in the middle of the night. My worst nightmare is that if something does happen, I know that Homewatch will make sure my dogs are okay.

The caregivers are exceptional, reliable and kind. They have worked with my father on a consistent basis and have been instrumental in the his rehabilitation. When my father came out of the hospital he could not stand, walk or barely feed himself; he was very dependent on me and the caregivers. He can now stand, walk and transfer himself. I truly believe if it were not for the consistency of the caregivers, it would have taken my father much longer to get to where he is today. I could never repay them for their help and care.
