I would not hire this service. The woman who takes my father places and helps with household chores has taken advantage of him. We also found out she is on probation for fraud, which the company failed to find out before hiring her. In addition, their helpers are late, unprofessional, and do not pay for their own lunch. They expect their elderly clients to do it for them. Horrible service.

Senior Helpers was able to match us a caregiver in less than a week. The caregiver basically does everything and anything that is needed. She will do laundry, cooking, and companionship. She is a very caring and compassionate person. We're very satisfied with the choice we made.

I personally wanted to thank all the Senior Helpers staff whom had coordinated care and worked with my Mother. I know that my Mother could be extremely difficult at times due to her Dementia but all the staff was nothing but understanding and patient during these difficult times. Your caregivers were continually on time and we were notified of any changes with my Mother which was a huge relief. Thank you again and again, Senior Helpers - we would have not been able to do any of this alone. My family and I will always be forever grateful! Cindi M.
