They could be more proactive. I have had Visiting Angels twice and they really don't do anything.

They make things easier when they are here. I don't have to worry about things. The aide that my mother had is great. They never change the person on her, and they work with me to make sure great quality services are being provided.

I have had to take off work because of them, they are not dependable. Out of the 10 caregivers, I have had 2 good ones.

My dad is pretty stationary, but they are there if he needs assistance. It is helpful for me having someone watching over him. Getting assistance was easy and our caregiver is nice.

The care is a big impact since I had knee replacement surgery, so there are things I can't do for myself. I like my caregiver. I don't know much about the company since I recently started using them.

It was helpful, they made it positive because they learned what they needed to do for my dad, and executed it well. If folks can afford the services, then they are good.

Some nurses that came out were more willing to help with tasks and some were not. I liked the interaction and the company they were able to keep my grandmother, and the fact that they helped with light house duties.

Without it, I wouldn't feel comfortable to go to work. It does make my mother comfortable. I like that the provider is good. She is very good at organizing and completing her tasks. She is very independent in what she does.

We're using Visiting Angels for Mom. We have at least five different people coming in to take care of her and that seemed to be working fine. They come in every morning and get her up out of bed, wash her, put her clothes on, and go to exercise with her, and then they come back in the evening to put her back to bed. She cannot get up out of bed by herself, so somebody has to do that. The caregivers are great. They take care of her, they talk to her, they understand her condition, and they're very caring.

We used Visiting Angels for mom, and so far the service has been satisfactory. There was a change recently from one person to another, and it is still OK.

The people from Visiting Angels were very nice and personal. They came at home and would try to find someone that would fit my mother's personality. She did like the person they sent. For a couple of times that the staff was not able to come, they were able to get someone immediately. The regular staff, who attends to her everyday is very nice and my mother likes her. They get along well. She was able to provide company for my mother. She cooked, showered and did the mail for her.
