When I called FirstLight I didn't know what I needed. What they have provided is a certified nurses aide to help my mother-in-law recover at our home after knee replacement. Following a recommendation, the aide has a great personality and tends to her daily needs. I couldn't be happier!

I can't tell you how happy I am with these guys! Always doing the right thing to help my Father. They are the people to use because they differentiate themselves and everything was exactly as they promised it would be. Make the call as soon as you can if you are contemplating this kind of service for your loved one.

Empathetic, patient, dedicated. Mom down in Lake Park started "slipping" and that led us to call. Really glad we did. Helped us work with her long-term care insurance company, which later picked up most of the cost (yay!).

We went down to FL to move our Dad from his house in Canterbury Place to an assisted living home. My brother's and I looked into a lot of options for him because we all live too far away to make frequent trips and we found FirstLight. I know we were all nervous to make the "wrong" choice and not make our Dad happy but we definitely didn't. He does alright on his own but needs help with the little things right now and their staff is so great about all of it. Even just the extra attention that it gives my Dad is really important to us and its all he talks about so clearly they know what they are doing.

We are using FirstLight to help my mother stay at home with us. Her dementia is worsening and we may have to put her in an assisted living facility someday. We are doing whatever we can to avoid this for as long as possible but with FirstLight's support we have been able to keep her with us. My biggest concern was how she would interact with the staff from FirstLight because she has occasional bad days even with us but they are so nice and professional that we have had no issues and that has helped me sleep easier at night the most.
