They had an impact on my mom's life as well since they're older. She'd bathe him and she could no longer do it due to her condition. She was the primary caregiver before they stepped in. I contacted them on short notice and they found temporary caregivers immediately to help out. They provided additional assistance on short notice. I'd tell them that the caregivers provided are very qualified, kind, and friendly.

My father was very resistant. They could have maybe been more communicative about things that weren't getting accomplished, like medicine management. Their point of contact was incredibly responsive. They were quick to respond.

I'd tell a friend that I like the responsiveness and because it was difficult to get 24/7 during the pandemic but Lauren, the franchise owner, was very helpful in making sure someone is there.

They are very responsive and if I need to get a hold of them they always have someone on call and they listen to me. If someone calls out sick there is always someone to cover and the slack is picked up. They do not seem to communicate internally very well. If I have instruction I call the office and they do not seem to pass this information along so when they show up they are not all on the same page.

They could be more available at the times I need. I think they have a minimum amount of hours per visit. Ideally, it would be three hours instead of four. The care has been very good. We like the caregiver a lot. The timing of it is one issue. We want her to come at one particular time but she cannot do that.
