My father was recently discharged from the hospital, but before he could be released, we were told he would need 24 hour care. The discharge planner recommended we call Golden Years. Carrie, the care manger, met with us at the hospital and helped us create a great plan. Now that dad has been home for a few weeks he’s doing much better. We so glad to have been introduced to Carrie and their staff.

Finding a home care agency is new to me. My sister and I never thought our mother, who is very independent and opinionated, would ever need care. Recently, she had a fall and injured herself really good. The first agency we used didn’t have caregivers that could assist with mom’s therapy.
