Mom is in Willowbrook Place and doesn't need to move yet. They have exercise, outings, and crafts. They serve three meals. The staff is very helpful, very caring, and friendly. She likes it there.

We picked Willowbrook Place because it is close to where my mother was living before, and I did not want to take her out of the community that she spent 60 years in. It is a nice place in an apartment complex with nice grounds. I think the staff is OK and do a good job. I have not tried the food, but she seems pretty happy with it. They do all the standard activities, like games, movies, field trips, exercise classes, and the other things that most places have.

My mother is on a waiting list for Willowbrook Place but she may not make it because of her terminal case. The facility is clean, nice and large. It's assisted living combined with independent living and not separate. If you enter in independent living and would need assisted living, they will just switch the apartment you're in into assisted living so you don't have to move again which really appealed to my mother. They're very friendly and have wonderful activities. We went for lunch there and they have very good food but every apartment is equipped with kitchens so you can cook in also. They have a lot of services like salon and post office. They offer a lot of things at lower cost and free shuttle services to doctors and grocery stores if you want to sign up. I will recommend Willowbrook Place to anyone.
