My mom is a resident of Regency Muskego. She lives in an apartment, and it's a nice place. The layout is good. It's very clean from the apartment to the parking garage. The food is pretty good. There are activities all the time at my mother's place. As for the value, it's a little on the high side.

My mom moved to Regency Muskego and we're pleased. The people are friendly. They have activities. We're happy and she's happy. It's a two-room, has a living room, a bedroom, and a little kitchenette, like a little refrigerator, a counter and a kitchen sink, and a bathroom with an easy entry big shower. You can put a big chair in it. It is clean. They have people that come in and vacuum once a week and dust. She has laundry facilities. She has three meals a day. There's a nice patio outside in the back. There are walking areas outside. There's a beautiful pond with all the wildflowers planted around it. It's a quarter-mile walk, a nice, flat sidewalk around the pond. It's very nice. It's close to a hospital also. Some people are on medication and I notice the people are friendly and are knocking on the doors to dispense medication. I noticed that when we come upon people who work there, they are all nice.

I visited a loved one in Regency Muskego. She was in their assisted living at the time and I thought I loved it there. I wanted to stay there myself. I liked the food, and the room and the people were also lovely. That was probably my first experience with a home care facility and I was just taken with that place. It was beautiful.

My dad moved into Regency Muskego. It's an amazing place. It's truly independent living. They had some leniency because my father was coming from a rehab facility, so he had some wound injuries that he needed to take care of. And we had that done through a third party that came into the building and took care of them. But now he's up to snuff. The place is great, the people are amazing, no qualms whatsoever. It's a good fit for him. He's got a two-bedroom apartment. It was a one-bedroom with a living area and a small kitchenette, and they're large. So there's more than he needs. So that's where he's at right now, and then all the food included, cleanings included. We've got additional services that we're paying for to help him out that are included. The food is amazing. I've seen, tasted, and eaten it. They have so many activities it's unbelievable. You have to turn them down. They had service dogs coming in. They introduced service dogs to different people, and they had a music hour where you can guess the tune. They have Wii bowling. They've got all kinds of art courses. We participate in candy bingo. Families are encouraged to participate, so that's the cool part.

We had an in-person tour of Regency Muskego. We like the location. It's closer to my brother. What we liked least was that some of the apartments were smaller than what we were looking for, and they needed some upgrades. The staff was great, and he followed up with us. They have a lot of amenities and activities. They offer transportation.

We went to Regency Muskego. It was good. It was large. They were working on updating some of their facilities. However, it's just not my favorite because it was very large. Also, we're not as familiar with the area as shopping and whatnot. But what's available to the residents, there are many options. There's a barber, they make trips to the store, they have fitness opportunities, and they have a very full schedule of activities available. The staff who gave me the tour was excellent. The dining looked nice. They're doing their maintenance and upkeeping it. I'd say they're working hard at it. They have a barber, fitness classes, game nights, and music nights.

I went to Regency Muskego from ProHealth. It was a very nice, welcoming facility. They had it decorated so lovely for Christmas. All the rooms looked very nice. The dining facilities were adequate. They offer a lot for the residents, church, crafts, games, movies, and all the staff seemed very friendly as we were walking through. We were told that they require all residents to have vaccines, and we wore masks, everybody was wearing masks while we were there.

I have already moved my furniture at Regency Muskego. I chose this place because everything is booked up, and my family lives in the area. The staff have been courteousness. The cabinets in the room are very poor, and they're not very big. The quality of the construction is not good for the kind of money that they're asking. They have quite a few different activities, but I haven't tried anything yet. In terms of location, I'd like to be closer to town, but it's OK. The surrounding neighborhood seems to be pretty good. They're very friendly. They do bingo. There are different road trips they take in Milwaukee, and they have different courses. They've got a workout area, a barbershop, and a workshop available. The staff who gave the tour was been good.

My husband and I are in Regency Muskego. Everybody is in quarantine right now and there's no activity going on, but so far, so good. We haven't gotten in there totally yet. We're moving into the apartment slowly, but surely. It is very nice, very friendly, very attractive, and we're very pleased with our choice. The apartment inside is nice, just smaller than we're used to. We had a big house, but we're managing, and we're happy with Regency Muskego. Everything has been excellent. They have everything. Unfortunately, because of the virus, we have not been able to utilize any of the facilities. They have activities, but everything has been shut down. We're just in our apartment and that's where everybody is staying safe. The food is good, and the staff is excellent. We're satisfied. It's fine for us.

Regency Muskego is awesome. It is great. I am very surprised with it. It is very nice, very clean, and very well-kept. It looks like the residents are very happy there. They have puzzles out for them to do, and their dining room is very nice. The staff members are awesome and very friendly. They also have very nice gazebos and ponds. It's a little area for residents to sit in the summertime, which is very nice.

I had a friend living at the Regency before. The grounds were beautiful -- and she had a very nice apartment -- but she left because she had to go outside to go to the dining area. The food was excellent.

Very positive/friendly employees. Atmosphere is cheery & homey. The caregiver who gave the tour of the facility was very knowledgeable & pleasant. I know my mom will be well taken care of in this caring facility.

The Regency people are good, they do their job well, but they don’t make you feel like you’re one of their buddies or something. I didn’t feel as warm there. It was high-end, and the rooms were bigger than the others. They have a lot of social activities. They take people out on the bus, and they have workout rooms, crafts, and evening entertainment where they bring in a singer or guitar player.

Having moved our father here a month ago from a facility which was not well run, we are EXTREMELY happy with Regency Muskego. Dad really likes the food (quality, choice, taste), the nursing staff has been quick to respond to emails/calls, and medications are given on a timely basis. All staff members have been very friendly, his room and the whole building is kept very clean and there are lots of activities and outings available. I can't say enough about this place!

I found Regency Senior Community for my husband. I like this place; otherwise, I wouldn't be putting my husband there. They have anywhere from just senior living all the way up to memory care. The only thing they don't have is a nursing home. It is very similar to what he has now; that's why I chose it. The staff is very helpful and very friendly. Their dining room is very neat. It is huge and very open. There are a lot of natural lights and windows. It looked very well kept.

I considered Regency Senior Living a little bit in the past but opted not to live there only because the assisted living building was away from the independent living building. I did not like the idea that you had to get out of the building for all the functions like food and the different things they had. A bus came to pick you up but it would be difficult especially during winter. The care and what they offered was good. They had very nice rooms, work out rooms, exercise rooms, craft room and dining rooms. There was church service, discussion groups on Bible readings or health. Speakers also came to speak on different subjects, as well as entertainment.

We thought Regency Senior Living was the best place for mom. She's not thrilled, but me and my three siblings, as well as some of the in-laws thought it was excellent. She's still adjusting. It's been only two months. They have activities throughout the day. Sometimes musicians would come in or they would go on trips. We are happy with what they offer and with a number of things that really worked out best for us.
