I moved into Chapel Garden Apartments 15 months ago. Since the very 1st day, I fell in love with my apartment for several reasons. There is no describing the wonderful architecture, high end appliances, unique floor plans and attention to detail. The original building was completed in 1891. While all the original features are intact, the interior was gutted. While conforming to strict standards for a historical building, the architects managed to combine the original beauty with modern amenities. But even more important are the great staff. Every staff member, from Property Management, Dining Room Staff, Building Maintenance and Security Departments are professional, friendly, and helpful. A recent example is the security staff. Last week Milwaukee was hit by a 2-day blizzard. I was in a 10-day quarantine and didn’t get out to clean my car. When the cold snap hit the following day, the 6” of snow turned to ice. When it warmed up a few degrees I finally was able to turn the heat on the windows to help melt from the inside. I was finishing up but to my dismay, huge chunks were piling up on the sides and back of my car. There was no way I would have been able to just back out. Jacqueline, a Security Guard stopped by my car and saw my dilemma. I asked if they had a small snow blower I could use. She gave me a friendly smile and told me she’d take care of it. I’m unsure who she spoke with but came back and said it’s arranged, I can go back to my apartment and warm up. Happily, a few hours later, I came out and was able to back out with no trouble. This is only 1 example of why I love living in Chapel Garden Senior Apartments!

The things I like about Chapel Garden Apartments are the price and what you get for it. The apartments are very spacious and quite a bit for your money. They're very spacious and very luxurious for the price. They're not in assisted living. They don't provide any meals. It's just a senior living, that's all it is, but they have a little small restaurant in there where they cook hot meals, and they can sit down. Some of the other things I like about is that they have a full church in there and a workout room. My aunt still needs therapy so they can take her up there with the therapist and do the workout. They have planned activities. That's another plus because one thing she wanted was activities. My aunt has been there for a week now.
