I love coming to visit my grandma. It feels great seeing her happy and knowing she is well cared for. Her apartment is so cute.

In a 7 week period prior to moving my husband out of Sebring, he was at the ER 5 times -- head injury requiring many stitches, bruises/cuts on various parts of his body and a displaced fracture of his collar bone with no surgery possible due to his dementia. The ER doctor told me he was not getting the level of care that he needed. Also, it was stated in their notes that he was "unclean." This month I went to put him in his bed, which the staff had already made up, only to find a huge circle of fresh urine had been covered up. Three days later, the bed sheets were still filled with the same urine stains and hadn't been changed. These were bed sheets that I purchased and were a different color from those they normally used so I truly know this occurred. The staff is uninvolved and use the excuse that my spouse does not want to be bathed or to have his clothes changed so he many times goes 5 days without a change of clothes. He is usually filthy with an unwashed body and food stains on his top and pants. The staff is not adequately supervised. A director of Sebring was finally hired after 15 months without one. However, she recently quit after being there 2-3 months. The head of nursing lasted a few months and now she is gone too. If you want a caring, involved facility for a loved one, please STAY AWAY from this place!

I would NOT recommend this place to anyone at this time. Sebring has many staffing issues. Most weekend and holidays are short staffed. Cares are not met in a timely fashion due to incompetent Resident Assistants and large turn over. Food is marginal at best. Comes in a bag and is heated overcooked and/or served cold. Rooms are nice but overpriced for cares received. Price increases occur every year.

My mom resided at Sebring for almost two years. Up until the last 4-6 months of her life, I felt that her needs were bring met. Right now, I would not consider Sebring if I were to bring my mom there at this point in 2017. There are some extreme and dire concerns right now.

My aunt lives in Sebring Assisted Care Residence. I haven't been there for a few months now but it's a very nice place. They also have a very good memory care unit. The people are very nice. The staff is helpful.

There are a lot of positive things to say about Sebring Assisted Care Residence. The Staff at the Sebring is very accommodating and go out of their way to insure that residents get the highest quality of care. The Sebring offers reliable transportation to doctors appointments in their wheelchair accessible van-which was very important to us when looking for living facilities. The food is above average and there is a lot of activities that residents can partake in. The "Lunch Bunch" where residents visit local restaurants, exercise class, and weekly screenings of old movies are all popular among residents and staff. Residents have a say in the day-to-day operations at Sebring, which is important. For the price of Assisted Living, The Sebring is reasonable. My only complaint would be that the apartments are a little on the small side but they have a lot of windows which almost makes up for it. Residents and Staff seem genuinely happy there.
