The rooms are ok, the staff was very low quality And care was very low for my mother. She would tell me they wouldn’t come for 30-60 minutes at times and even sometimes forget to bring her food because she eats in her room. The residents usually have little to none of fun activity to do beside the occasional ability to go outside and enjoy the sun. I’ve came numerous times where my mothers room was dirty and not picked up after (garbage overfilling trash can, clothes thrown up in closet.) if i could rate this place a 0 i would.

Tender Hearts Assisted Living felt like a nursing home. It was clean, but I just didn't feel comfortable there. The staff was late and took us through the tour very fast. They didn't show us the rooms or the amenities there.

Tender Hearts Assisted Living is amazing, but they didn’t have any rooms during our visit. The CNA's were amazing as well. They seemed to care for the residents, and they also seem to know each and every one of their needs. The facility is beautiful and clean. It is absolutely a safe place. If I still had my mother, I would put her in this place for sure. The only downfall to this was that it was all independent pay.

We did a 20 minute walk through Tender Hearts Assisted Living. . The owner took us on the tour. It was a very nice place. They seemed to be very friendly people. The rooms were nice and fairly spacious. He mentioned there were activities but we didn’t get into what they offer. I would recommend the place to someone.

This facility is great in every way and the employees are very caring and love what they do making my grandmothers stay easier on our family. She [my grandmother] needs the facility and we are thankful the staff is so friendly and caring and can give her the car she needs.

We visited Tender Hearts Assisted Living while in the region looking at facilities for our uncle. We immediately liked the outer exterior, which appeared very well maintained. The grounds were also well landscaped with nice seating areas. We could see that anything a resident might need was provided here.There were spacious rooms for reading, socializing, card games, physical exercise, and other activities. The fitness center had regular exercise classes and exercise equipment with assistance if needed. The foods we saw looked and smelled delicious. The menus all had healthy food options for all kinds of diets. Healthy snacks are offered all day and into the evening, as well as whenever residents request them. The dining room was also quite nice, with plenty of space and nice furniture. The residents can enjoy a variety of activities and many interesting cultural events in the vicinity -- such as art and music gatherings regularly. The facility also hosts many interesting group events. The facility can accommodate all levels of ambulation. All private living spaces were well designed, efficient and yet still spacious. The living spaces were generous, and the studio and one bedroom we saw was beautifully decorated with lots of fresh air and light. This is a very nice living environment for seniors that includes everything they need. The staff was also very helpful, kind and caring.
