My father lives in Frontida of Germantown. They seem to be very caring, very patient, and very good. My father's room is just fine. The public areas are very nice. The dining room is well set up for the people in the facility. They do bingo, and other games and get them in the common area to do exercises. The grounds are very nice and well kept up, too.

We didn't like Frontida of Germantown because it was more nursing home-style, and that's not what we're looking for. They would only have one room with an attached bathroom. It's almost just like a bedroom with an attached bathroom, and everything else would need to be done outside of their room. The staff was very kind and thoughtful. There was an unpleasant smell. The room was small.

My dad is now living at Tender Reflections of Germantown. So far, it has been fine. The employees are extremely kind and friendly to him. I think the meals are OK. He initially was complaining that he didn't get enough food, but I think if he asks for more, they're going to give him more. Also I appreciate the fact that when I go there to see my dad, it doesn't reek of urine, which is a big bonus for me. So far, there's really nothing I have been dissastisfied with; everything has been fine. I'm satisfied with what I have seen so far. The dining room is nice. I have eaten a couple of meals with my dad and I thought the food was very good when I ate with him. The menu varies from day to day and the food is pretty good. They do a good job with the activities. They have crafts, games, and puzzles all the time. It is very expensive for the amount of care my dad is getting right now when his care level isn't that high. However, from what I'm hearing and seeing, it sounds like it is pretty much the going rate.

The staff is always interactive with my dad. He and all the residents all look well kept. The staff always has dad ready when I call to ask them to have him ready to go out.

My mom is here for several months and whenever I visit ( which is 2x week) there are multiple aids walking the floor or with the residents. My moms room has always been clean as well as her bathroom and clothes. I have a get in to get in but there is usually a girl at the door. Our experience has been positive so far
