I have visited this facility on numerous occasions and have felt welcome every time. The staff is pleasant and willing to assist. It seems clean and does not have an odor. They have an awesome activity staff that provides a range of activities. They have good meals for the residents and accommodate there diets. They have housekeeping, laundry services, transportation staff that's is super delightful. They have a memory care unit that provides services with residents would suffer from advanced dementia, manger on site that is willing to help assist you. Beauty shop on site. I could go on and on about the services they provide to make the lives of the residents there wonderful. They have an awesome nursing team with a nurse manger and kind hearted CNA's and caregivers. The staff there is very genuine and they will go beyond to accommodate you. The only thing they need to improve and change is some improvement in building. Such as some fresh carpet in halls, some new furniture in the big wing by TV. Would highly recommend to any one in need of assistance living care;)

My mother has been at Vintage on The Ponds since February 28th. My sister works as a chef in that facility. Mother is there for both respite and rehab. They have a rehab facility right on the grounds, so there is no need for her to be taken to and from rehab. She can just go down the hall from her room. Right now, they are doing just light rehab. So far the care has been wonderful. The people there are very, very caring. It is a very small private facility. If you walk up and down the hall, no matter what time of the day, you will see people checking in rooms and seeing how the patients are. If they want to discuss something or if they need someone to stay and talk with them for a few minutes, they are very willing to do that.

My mom has lived here about a month, and we are very happy with the facility and the staff. Everyone has been very kind, helpful and accommodating. Mom has her own room, which is small but perfect size for her. She shares a bathroom with a neighboring room, which is empty now, so she has it to herself for now. Vintage has a very cozy atmosphere, very home-like, with a library, an activity room (called "parrot room" because there is a parrot in a cage) and comfy decor. There are several pianos, which the residents play, as well as guests. They keep mom very busy, which was a challenge at her last assisted living facility. Here she has exercise class, bingo and a lot of entertainment. The food is really good. Best of all, the staff members seem happy to be there and are very attentive to her needs. I would give this place 5 stars except the building is a little out of the way, in farm land, and old enough that you can see the need for a few minor repairs, such as a bathroom cabinet that does not close all the way.
