Sorry to say but this is NOT the place I would want to take a Loved one. This place is SO run down & old looking, rooms are very small & not a very comfortable atmosphere. Most staff was friendly but never went above & beyond to make my Dad feel comfortable; they were basically there to do there job & that was it; no encouraging words or sympathy for someone who had just found out they only have a short time left to live. The staff seemed to be very helpful and also very caring and kind. They paid a lot of attention to my cared one, always making sure that she was as comfortable as they could possibly make her. They were very outgoing and knew how to interact with her even though she is very difficult to understand due to multiple strokes and other health concerns.The facility seemed to be a bit older, but it was evident that the staff kept it clean and the age of the building did not seem to be a problem.
