In one months time I've grown to call Azura home. The staff are outstanding and have begun to feel like family. My apartment is amazing and the one bedroom provides plenty of space for my belongings. The food here is also great with meals suiting a variety of tastes. Knowing I'm in a safe, beautiful environment also brings comfort to my family.

Nice facility & food but unsafe. Management approach is terrible in addressing serious issues. I feel sorry for those staff members who genuinely care.

Azura of Brookfield is a truly beautiful community. My grandmother current resides in one of the buildings. My grandmother has been in the Azura community since it opened. It was grand and beautiful. I will say that with a brand new development, it has had its challenges. From staffing, to revamping & reviewing systems, and etc. Throughout the entire year we have been working with Azura, we feel that they have came a long way from where they were. Management has been prompt and responsive. It does take time to work out the kinks, but in the end it really is changing for the best. They have been recruiting better quality team members, have management on site 7 days per week, and now evenings included. They have an Executive Chef that truly makes some amazing desserts!!! and the QOL is so compassionate and caring about the activities she does with the residents. I am truly blessed my loved one lives in this community.

Azura Assisted Living and Memory Care of Brookfield at Mierow Farm was horrible. The facility was nice, but I did not like the salesperson, and I did not care for the staff. The salesperson was horrible; it almost seemed like she didn't want us to be there. They need a new sales director, most definitely. Their rooms were fine and the area was fine. Everything was broken out there, and nothing was connected, so if you're in one of the buildings where the cook does not cook off of the main one, then they have to transport the food there. So I don't know how they do that in winter time, and then the residents have to commute to the bigger facility for events, and again, what would they do in winter time? So for us that doesn't work. It was poorly mapped out and they need to connect them construction-wise.

My mom has moved into Azura Assisted Living and Memory Care of Brookfield at Mierow Farm. It has been OK, but they have things I think they can improve on. I've only had one meeting with the caretakers and I believe they could use a lot more help. The directors out there, they are great to talk to, and pretty good at gearing to what we've asked. My mother is in the memory care. Activity seems to be pretty good. During the week they have like a meet and greet with all the residents, they have a smoothie time, and they play some table games; they have quite a few different activities there. Mom says the food is OK. We could not tour because of COVID, and I think even though we had the measurements and the pictures, it is actually very small. I had one visit where I saw it in person, and it was very messy, and we addressed that, and it has improved. It is very expensive.

We toured Azura Assisted Living and Memory Care of Brookfield at Mierow Farm. It was brand-new and beautiful. The only reason we didn't choose it was because they did not have a two-bedroom available. The staff who took me on the tour was good, friendly, knowledgeable, got the information for us, and pretty much prepared. They have quite a few amenities, but it wasn't occupied yet when we went there. The staff said to me that if you have a family's favorite recipe, they could give those to the chef and the chef would try and incorporate those into his menu planning. It seemed that they would be flexible and accommodating.
