The rooms at Patriot Place are larger than most other facilities you visit. Some rooms have patio access. The 2 main dinning areas over look the Patios, granted it's winter, from what we saw they looked well kept with trees and a fountain in one. The staff was very nice, able to answer general questions. We called last minute to get a tour and they were able to accommodate. Melissa showed us around the building, large common areas, big fire place and sitting area by the main entrance. Building looked clean, and the smells from the kitchen smelt good. We spoke with Tina & Brittany in the office, they were able to help us get information together we will need to prepare for the move. Beautiful place, nice staff. We are looking forward to the move.

Staff is mostly teens and early 20s. They forget to feed residents on multiple occasions including my mom. My mom suffered a horrible fall only 18 days being there and was rushed to a trauma center to have 2 surgeries. 3 other residents have fallen in the 3 months my mom was there. Employee literally threw my mom's pills into her mouth. Unlicensed employees passing out meds. Those in charge are mother and 2 daughters. No outside personell to do investigations or oversee whats happening there. If you complain they raise the rent and charge you for everything including bringing food tray to your room. We paid extra for bathing and toileting and they weren't providing those services. My moms very expensive medications kept going missing and some were put in the drawers of other residents. There's days they only feed them mashed potatoes and carrots nothing else. Try talking to those in charge Tina and Brittany and you can't get anywhere. Tina is only licensed nurse there but her daughter Brittany makes medical decisions that she is not licensed or trained for. The owner won't take calls. I've called the state and nothing was done. DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONES HERE. It is now my life's duty to expose and close this place and hold all of them responsible.

What a nightmare. I was just recently here over the weekend visiting a family friend. Overheard staff complaining of new management taking over, how this place is going downhill with no hope of coming back up, not knowing who was coming in to take care of the residents at the end of their twelve hour shift plus another four +. Went to find staff later in the night for a question about my friends dinner, which nobody brought in. I had to personally ask the kitchen aides if they were planning on bringing some in around 6pm they said they had forgotten. Friends room looked terrible I had to tidy up, house keeping hasn’t been in to clean in over three weeks, garbage was piled up, bathroom garbage was full of soiled diapers little flies flying around. Please if you have family here, CHECK ON THEM.

Patriot Place Assisted Living is a new facility. It was much more modern compared to the other facilities. It was very nice. There were no vacancies, and I did not get to see a room that was empty, but the staff was very helpful there. They weren't able to give me a full tour. I went early in the morning, so breakfast was being served, but the common area where everybody eats was full. I could see that people were getting assistance with eating. It looked very well staffed, that was my impression on that. The staff who assisted me was good and very accommodating. They were kind of apologetic because they didn't have a room to show me, but I understood. They have very nice common area with a big screen TV. People were watching TV, so it seemed more community like. The facility was really nice. It was much newer and more modernized.

My Mother lived there for a year and a half. When she moved in the staff was great her apartment was a nice apartment. Food was okay but at that time she still did some cooking herself. When COVID started everything went down hill at the facility. She said food got worse and didn't have good meals some days it was a hot dog and chips. They stopped giving her whirlpool bathes and staff took for ever when she pushed the button. Especially on the weekends. Rules were put in place to try and keep the residents safe from COVID and that I was all for. But I soon found out the staff only informed the rules with some residents and not others. When I tried to talk to the owner of the place I got the run around. Told to talk to the lady in charge but had already done that and got no where. Very frustrating. So of course COVID was brought in by a resident who was not made to follow rules and he gave COVID to 9 residents and 5 staff in 2020. My Mother was one of the residents who got it and died along with another lady. To this day if he had been made to follow the rules I believe my Mother would still be alive. I hope it is better there now but if I had to do it over again I would have moved her out when I learned rules don't apply to all and when I tried to talk to the staff and higher up and got no where I should have realized the owner is in it only for the money and not for the concern of the residents. He should be treating the residents of his place like he would want his parents treated. I was very disappointed I thought my Mom was going into a wonderful place how fooled was I.

Patriot Place is in a good location since it’s close to everything. The rooms were small, and if you want air conditioning, you have to pay for it to be on. The facility was clean and more modern than the other facility I visited. I wasn’t there long enough to do anything or see anybody, but there wasn’t anybody around other than that staff, anyway. I wasn’t really impressed at all.

We looked a MANY assisted living facilities for my Mom. By far the apartment she has at Patriot Place is the BEST we saw. Large one bedroom with full kitchen and a patio door that looks out to a beautiful court yard. Because of this the transition to this facility for my Mom was easier she was just moving to a "new" apartment. Not just a room. She has NEVER used the stove and has been there for over 2 years now but the psychological factor of it's there if she wanted to is huge. The rest of the building is beautiful as well. But more importantly the staff is top notch, caring and takes VERY good care of her. They are there to answer questions, support the family and my Mom is fed good quality food, they are on top of all the medications and medical conditions to the point that they have called to say you know something is just "off" with your Mom. I think you should take her in to get checked out. Bingo a bladder infection that she didn't complain about. I'm so grateful for the entire staff who made this a great fit for our family.

The first place where we had him is Patriot Place. It has a much larger room but with the same price. It had a separate bedroom and separate living area. It also has a nicer kitchen area. I liked it a lot better. If I would have lived in one of two places, I would have gone in Patriot Place. You smell good tasting food when you go in. I thought it was very clean. It has a big fireplace and big welcoming area to it. He had a really nice room with a patio door going out to a center outdoor space. It is so much nicer, but his buddy showed him another place that would be closer to where his friend was and closer to church. He was kind of talked into going there.
