I enjoyed Ridgeview Highlands very much. I lived there for a year and a half in an excellent townhouse. The amenities were all very good and the activities were pretty much self-motivated. There were some group potlucks and group activities in the way of card playing. It was more of an independent living rather than an assisted living. My interactions with any of the staff were excellent. They had a garden that you could plant things in. It was a very excellent place to live.

I did a tour of Ridgeview Highlands, and it was excellent. The apartment was so nice, it was exactly what I needed. My mother's cousin lived in this community a number of years, for a long time, and always enjoyed it; so, that was kind of what I based my decision on. They're all wonderful and very helpful to us. You can tell how nice they are by the way they greet the residents when they run into them. All the residents greet them so well, that's a really good relationship. They have a one-bedroom, a two-bedroom one-bath, a two-bedroom two-bath, and a townhome. They just have a wide variety of options. There's a large room that you could rent with a kitchen. Then there's a sunroom, a game room, and it has a pool table, a library, and an exercise room. They have a list of daily activities that they do for the people if you want to participate. They don't offer food service. They have 500 apartments, and I'm in one of the three-story buildings; they have many, many buildings. It's perfect for me, absolutely. The location, the building, it seems so well-maintained.

Ridgeview Highlands was close to our home and wasn't as expensive. Residents were on a fixed income. The people were awesome and the apartments were quite big. It was very beautiful, clean, and you can see all the outside space with a walking area just from the windows. They also had a lot of places to sit. It's just very inviting. They had a large dining area, and I thought it was great that they could use it if they wanted to, to have a party or anything like that. In the summer, they have little bands that come in and play in the courtyard, they also have a rec room, a pool table with a little fitness area, plus they can use the three-season room to sit at and play cribbage or whatever.

My mother will be moving into Ridgeview Highlands. They're professional, caring, knowledgeable, and very efficient. They have multiple buildings, with three floors in each building. There is a gathering room, a little store, meeting rooms, and a room where you can purchase snacks.

I looked at Ridgeview Highlands. It's a very nice place. The staff was very nice and very professional. I didn't see any staff, but the lady who showed me around. The apartment was nice, big enough, very clean, and they had just redone that. The living room was big enough, and I saw a 1-bedroom.

We are moving into Ridgeview Highlands this weekend. It's very nice. Everybody is very friendly, cooperative, and answered all our questions. They don't have assisted living, but other than that, everything else is what we were looking for. They have a community room and a fitness room, but they do not serve meals. The unit we are taking is a townhouse unit but is just 1 floor. The garage is underneath us. We have 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a kitchen, a dining room, a den-living room with a fireplace, and a laundry facility right in the unit. There is a balcony and a chair lift going up and down the stairs.

My mom has lived in Ridgeview for almost nine years now, and she loved it there. The staff was helpful at all times. My sister lived a mile from there, and we had an extensive communication with the staff. They tried to do everything to help mom maintain her apartment there. They are packed full of activities, and she used to be the social club director there. They really tried to vary the activities and availability to suit everybody’s wants and lifestyles.

Ridgeview Highlands is very nice. Mom had a two-bedroom apartment, and we’re getting adjusted to it. They do a lot of landscaping. Mom cooks her own food. They have a maintenance guy. They have occasional activities. It was a well maintained community.
